If women want to increase their metabolism, they should do weight training on their legs. The legs are the biggest muscle in the body, so the stronger your legs, the higher your metabolism, thus burning more fat.

How is the gym business in the philippines? Any particular cities where fitness is blooming. In from californai and fitness is everything with a gym in every single block. I would like to invest a gym there. Are the people there able to afford gym memberships?
