If you are planning to train and commit to build the body you want then the investment in gym for your body in no question at all but if you have an issue with regards to your finance then having no membership is never an excuse not to train you could always find ways to workout besides going in the gym. You will be saving medical bills in future if you invest in good nutrition and properly training your body to be strong.

I started with my local gym charging me only 20 pesos per session and only having bodybuilding.com and fellow gym goers as my guide. Stayed committed for almost 4 years now. Paying 1500 to 2000 pesos for a membership is just ridiculous

You don't need a gym to be fit or healthy or even lose weight but to get big or strong it is extremely beneficial

Sam Obrien Gym membership fee shouldn’t matter. It’s just 30% of fitness, what’s hard is the nutrition. Groceries, prepping meals every week.

Calisthenics is free. You can make Donnell, kettlebell, barbell in your house. The gym in the kanto is much more mura

It depends on your goal. You should go the gym of you are up to bodybuilding. But for general fitness or getting lean, home exercise will do. There are plenty of exercise videos in youtube. There are also programs being sold online at 3k to 4k.

Only going to the gym only for bodybuilding.. Uhmm.. not at all.
Gyms in general have treadmills, cycling machines and other cardio exercise equipments.Gyms offer these convenience when the weather and road conditions prohibit cardio exercises. Then there are resistance trainings that also help with burning calories and fats as well as getting and developing learn muscle using dumbells, barbels, cables, ropes and machines.
Gyms offer a wide variety of equipments that help you achieve your fitness goals.

I want to enroll in a gym at the nearest mall to us. Going to a gym like this is worth investing. Will enrol soon but will prepare some gym clothes first. 😊

You don't need a gym membership especially something over $20/month. All you need to do is eat healthy and a little jogging a day and you will be fine. Life is not that difficult. You don't anybody at a gym, it's actually a very introverted activity unless you are in group classes or playing basketball. The only advantages for joining a gym is extra amenities like jacuzzi or steam room. But, that's only if they keep it clean and make hygiene a priority.

but if you want to build muscle and physics then this is the Gym and personal trainers is all about.
      depends on your goal...

    Run outside, it's free.
Do squats and push ups or better, burpee who does everything in one. Again, it's free
