They mentioned that their RJO model is no longer being made by Incredible Tiny Houses (ITH), so I just wanted to mention for anyone who's interested that ITH is currently making an even less expensive 8x16 tiny called the Incred-i-box out of steel panels vs. wood for $20k (prices will likely rise at some point due to increased materials costs). They also offer a 20-foot version for $25k, as well as a 10x20 tiny for $50k, and a variety of other options. Solar power upgrades also available.

Yeah the price of the 8x16’ incredibox might be set to go up to $25,000 from $20,000 on Jan. 1, 2023 if I heard Randy correctly. They’re so well insulated with the engineered steel panels you don’t need much to heat them at all. I’ve been looking at them for a while now but I think I need something a little bigger.

@@lisashafer346 Thank you for the timeline tip regarding the price increase! I'm having the same issue with size, otherwise I might have already bought an Incred-i-box (and I'm still tempted). But I want a tiny house that feels spacious, has tons of storage, and is also ADA accessible (for future proofing and also just so anyone can feel comfortable when visiting my home). I'm finding it really hard to get under even 30 feet with those requirements, never mind 8x20!

If I ever get a tiny house I'd hire them to do a zoom walkthrough and lend me their creative storage ideas!! I never expected such a tiny tiny house could be so functional, but their storage skills made me reconsider tinier tiny house designs. Amazing job!! Love this couple and their tiny house!!

Okay, these two are too cute. This is probably the best use of an ITH RJO I’ve seen, you ladies did a great job making the best of such a limited space that in all honesty it doesn’t really feel tiny at all, you’ve managed to pack a lot of “life” into that small space & a lot of love as well.

As an ITH fan, it was nice seeing the end result of a tiny decorated with love. I'm sure this makes Randy happy. It's why he offers homes we can afford regardless of our budget. .
I love the home they are in and that they have made together. Incredible Tiny Homes is one of the best builders out there. I would make sure you shop there first before you choose a second home.
I love their RJO. I live in an 8x16 Incred-I-Box by ITH and feel the 128sq ft of space is perfect for my minimalist lifestyle.

We vacation every year there and I remember this year passing this home visiting our friend Lynn there, thinking what an adorable yellow house! And was fascinated how small it looked on the outside and wondered about the inside being livable. Needless to say, not only livable, but what a beautiful and comfortable home!! your house is no bigger than my bedroom. I love how you can both do what you like on one couch. 1 plays her game while the other works on her crafts or jewelry making. I am a crafter and I love that she has her space. At the same time I would still feel claustrophobic. I get to go out side of my room for bathroom needs and cooking. They both seem to be okay but I don't know if I could do that. They are so adorable and seem very happy and that is what counts.

They’re adorable, such talented, loving and kind people, and their tiny house is so homey and cozy. My suggestion, paint the front door either the same soft turquoise, or a really happy orange or peach color... I love how they have everything in there and yet it’s not at all cluttered. Just right.
I love how entrepreneurial they both are, being open to different incomes sources to support their sweet tiny home living. Love their home , its cozy and welcoming. 💛

Yes ITH, i have follow them for about 6 years now and attended their 3 tiny festivals. Soon as I sell my house I'm headed to Newport TN. Beautiful home and yes u two are adorable. Just a suggestion. Think about raising the cabinet you added at the end of the existing kitchen cabinets. This is a more efficient increase in counter top. That means you have more storage under that cabinet. Plastic bins or baskets should provide extra storage for all kins of things.

I like that you showed your tiny home with your belongings. A lot of tiny homes are shown without personal belongings to try to make them look larger, more spacious. People want to see what they look like lived in. Very pretty

That's awesome. At 65 I've been looking at these options. Having the land and I'm guessing access to water and sewer is a huge help. Basically your own space without the other larger costs. Close to family too. I've been sharing for years in larger houses. Used to spending most of my time in the 2nd largest bedroom with bath. My bedroom doubles as an office and I work from home building computer apps. When and if the homeowners move or sell I think I'll be ready to transition.

My husband and I have a 5th wheel and I got some excellent small space tips ! Now if my partner could be that organized half as much as you and myself well that would be something. LoL 😂😂😂

Well done to you both. Awesome that they thought of things to the smallest detail and are not too precious to not get their hands dirty to figure out what's effective for them! Kudos! My own thought is this model of tiny home is best for college students who want to live alone, or older humans who want to live alone. Having two humans in the space is daunting but, these folk totally show it's possible if both are on board about what they "can" keep and "should" keep.

I love ITH! Everyone I love and every owner has their own take. I imagine mine 😀! This young couple have their unique quirky style. It's so fresh! I like the idea of living with so much LESS of what's not really important and frugally too. The young couple are lucky to have some help with purchase from parent but whatever, it still has to be paid back and it's nice the family are behind them. Their very creative use of space and storage solutions really hits home for me. Cooking and crafting are my two favorite pastimes, and they really make both of those work in their tiny space. Being relentless about tidying up is a must in tiny spaces, but their solutions make that sime and even pleasing to the eye. Very well done!

The goldfish drawing at :36 is gorgeous! Also so appreciate Ashley's food prep service delivered with that cool rolling wagon! I wish I was your neighbor! ; - D Their willingness to do bold upgrades is also so inspiring to me: adding a picture window and storage loft, even adding that cute mini sink at 10:54 with mirrored medicine cabinet. The HOUSE is very cute. Obviously, their personal things are theirs, and mine would be vastly different. They've done a great job on the storage throughout (much of which I've implemented here in my sweet little two bedroom apartment), and I see some things I'd like to put into practice in my own home.
Good energy generated with parental assistance. I respect your diversity of endeavors. Community and Personal expression in smaller individual living spaces is such an exciting chapter for our society to revisit and embrace. Mobile home families after WWII enjoyed communities and they could move to follow post war opportunities .
