Ok this involved some glitches. Aim Down Clip, Bomuhey skew and Wall clip. Aim Down Clip allows samus to clip two tile thick floors. Bomuhey skew allows samus to get different angles on command. Like she is facing you. This major glitch benefits speedrunners to speedboost in place and getting angles for wall clipping. The route is to clip into rbx (Raven Beak-x as according to the mission log). Finishing the fight and clipping the door which needs hyper beam to destroy but in this case we don't have.
I don't understand how you are doing the run in place to charge the shinespark??? Have been trying to do this in my game and can not figure it out. Nothing on google.
