    Please accept my compliments for making such wonderful videos. I love that you provide healthy and easy to make recipes that a diabetic like me can also enjoy.
    What I like best however are your communication skills. As a corporate trainer I appreciate that your videos are short, to the point, with no unnecessary calls to subscribe (I have done that automatically) and wasting time on long winded explanations or rapport building attempts that everyone seems to be doing on You Tube nowadays. The problem is now I don't like vidoes of other presenters after watching your videos.

      @@sathyak6254 you could use aluminum foil is you really needed to. or you could just grease your pan really well and make sure it is super clean. pretty sure she only used the parchment paper because one typically uses cast iron for savory foods - not sweet foods and it makes it a bit easier to remove. you dont require to to make the cookie

    I made this single serving cookies with jowar flour. It came out very well. Instead of oats, Jowar flour and rest of the ingredients r same. Oh, it really came out well. I will try with oats also. Thank u so much. Please do with rest of the millet flours also. My husband is diabetic , so I want to try with other millets also.

    I didn't know that oats could be this tasty. Tried and really love it. It is crunchy and perfec with tea. It can easily beat store bought cookies and even better. Thank you so much for giving alternate suggestion to oven..❤️ please share more amazing healthy recipes.

    I made this but used honey I was not having any kind of syrups but it just worked 😍 amazing thank you it was my first time making cookies
    I am healthy person and I eat with ice cream with hot cookie like a desert 😋

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup rolled oats slightly roasted
    & ground
    1/8 baking Powder
    1/8tsp himalayan salt
    Vanilla essence
    1tbsp coconut oil
    1 1/2 tbsp kakwi(liquid.sweetner/ liquid sweetener
    2 tbsp roasted rolled oats

    My kids enjoy these cookies and I am so happy to give them as the ingredients are healthy. Ma'am, could you please share such snacks for kids. More such healthy cookies also ma'am. I feel so guilty when I restrict them from eating bakery snacks bcos they have sugar and refined floor. But I do consider the fact that kids like to munch on variety of snacks.     I love healthy Oatmeal cookies without refined sugar in the batter. Baking the cookie in a pan creates a perfect crispy bottom. Yum!

    Alternative/base recipe:
    Flour 1/2 cup/125g
    Oil 1tbsp
    Baking powder/soda 1tsp
    Vanilla essence 1tsp
    Salt 1pinch
    Honey/syrup 1,5tbsp(to taste)
    Oats 2tbsp(for texture)
    Chocolate chips (optional)
    Caution: VERY high in calories and fats, not a terribly healthy recipe, definitely a once-in-a-while treat.

      Double up the recipe, divide "dough" into smaller parts and use a larger pan to bake!

    I love all your recipes Madam. . Maybe we are of the same age or you may be younger but life is a journey of continuous learning ...Your recipes are fabulous with so many scientific facts ...from Ragi dosa to Oats cookie to pickles .. I love it all very much. But here I have a question since I don't have kaqvi , how to use palm sugar ?... if we use powdered palm sugar then what binds the cookie mixture? If I use liquid palm sugar then the liquid is so very hot that it can't be poured into the oats mixture...so plz guide me. Thank you very much. My oats cookie didn't become crisp.

    Hello Nisha Ji your recipes are awesome. Can I bake the cookie in a microwave, as baking a single cookie in an oven is not feasible and I don't have an iron pan.

    Advices for whoever wants to try it..
    1-Follow the recipe stirctly.. altering will only fail one way or another. I used thick honey for liquid sweetener and powdered vanilla for liquid vanilla plus melted ghee instead of oil.. it did not mix for it lacked moisture. I had to add water.
    2-It has a tendency to brown fast underneath so you must provide multiple layers of parchment paper or set oven temperature to low, sliding your baking sheet in the middle.
    3-For ovens that don't have fans (like mine) I recommend you set temperature to 160 for a lesser time.
    I'm sorry, I was so excited but I'm not satisfied now. I'm better with baking cakes. ☺

    Hello maam, i made this today and it was literally delicious. I couldn’t wait for the cookie to cool down as it was so tasty. Can i add 1 small banana to the mixture and make it next time????

      you would probably reduce the amount of liquid jaggery if you were to use a mash banana in the recipe. mash banana is essentially just another liquid. but she did say you could add an additional 2 tbs on liquid jaggery to the recipe on top of the 2 tbs she already used so theoretically the recipe should be fine with the addition of a small mashed banana. personally i would reduce the liquid jaggery to 1 or 1.5 tbs instead the 2 in the initial recipe as the banana is sweet and is a "liquid."
