Without going through detailed reviews i purchased one front load washing machine of this No.1 Brand. The machine was jumping on its own. Later after one month brand agreed that it was a defective product. Then came the replacement. Its vibrating heavily and brand technician is telling its normal. Arey 27k worth machine jumps on its own and 34k machine vibrates heavily are normal to India's No.1 brand. Now i gone through a lot of youtube videos which clearly shows majority of products delivered by IFB to customers are defective..Then company will replace that machine with another faulty machine.
Delivery boys came for replacement clearly told that my faulty machine will goes to factory then company will replace something and again sells it to another customer/victim. (My new machine is having another issue,may be replaced by some other customer)
This cycle goes on. Friends, now you decide whether you want to become a victim or not. This message is for those who are planing to buy a IFB product. Thank you.

Even I too had the same problem bro 37k worth of washing machine and it is making noice and vibrating like anything and now they say the machine built-in like that. Nonsense and horrible experience and will never buy IFB in my life again

I have this. Superb performance. Clothes come out 100% dried( clothes become as hot as we sun dry in hot summer). Read the manual and symbols for better understanding of settings.

@@SivaKumar-nc6vj using it from 4 months. No issues till now. If the clothes r not balanced it vibrates. So see clothes r balanced in the drum. Drum cleaning is required once a month.

I can't understand in these expensive machines still belt drive is used like in samsung models too
If door lock problem the ifb technician tells , machine mother board got short circuited so it costs 8k, Local technician fixes with door with 1k as door lock consists 800 rs from online. .. IFB is good but technicians are worst

Noise Level while Washing & Noise Level while Spinning is not mentioned on official website too. Other brands clearly tells us Noise levels.

Please tell me how the dryer function works. Where does the lint get collected?
It has condenser dryer technology. Cloths getting dried by condensation on the back side in the bottom, the condensed water will be drained out in between the drying cycle. There is no such lint accumulation as it will be in vented kind of dryer. Since the condensation is in the bottom there small amount of lint's will be drained out during drainage.

clothes are creased and you will see wrinkles also. IFB expert engineer only telling we won't get the wrinkles free in dryer.. I am not sure in that case what is the point of taking dryer by paying 20K extra price than normal washing machine...
I agree with you. I have bought this machine and I cry every day looking at it. It's a crap. No one should buy this machine.

Stupid IFB .. no proper technicians if any small error ... The technicians tells washing machine is damaged and charges 15k. if I reach out to local technician issue fixes with no cost. bhogus company with faulty technicians.

Warrning-: Don't buy ifb. It's trap.product and service both are worst. 14 june 21 ko hi ac kharida problem aai. Complaint hui but aajtak solution nhi mila . 8 din baad engineer visit vo bhi 5o se jyada call karne ke baad. But no solution.

Don’t buy this product Before period of warrantee it get not fictional twice and service taks more than 35 days
After a year of using this machine I can say this is a horrible machine. Since a year I have been requesting the company to do something about it but fake promises and no solution. In drying mode the clothes get so wrinkled that the person ironing our clothes refuses to iron. Horrible experience with IFB
