    Worst service by IFB, do not buy
    I bought one washing machine with mobile app operate. There engineer replied.
    It will not work. We will not help you for this.
    Even after logging complaint Engineer closed my complaint. For Closing there Dehradun head office manager called to get OTP for closing complaint assured me my complaint resolved next day.
    He did 2 times. No engineer visit till now.
    They took 1000 for extended motor warranty.
    I don't know if they are not providing service in first 2 year. And i spended 1000.
    They are just making fool.
    I am sure they delete my chat and remove me from their FB.
    Worst service by IFB
    Do not buy

      I bought just week before and stopped working,
      Company is asking money for service in just first week.
      Worst experience.

    Ifb washers are worst , most of the time unbalanced,big vibration, jet engine sound 🤬

    I have bill and warranty company is denying to not provide warranty , stay away from the company.
    Staff is also not supportive and they do not care to call you back.
    Stick with brands like Samsung or LG
    Poor service after sells and waste of money.
