No it would be over the limit. Need to be carry on.

@@normalguy7898 Far too large for carry on. Most airlines have a limit of 100 Wh. This is ten times that limit.

No. No batteries of ANY size should EVER be placed in checked baggage. Cargo holds on commercial airliners are not pressurized, and thus, most batteries are at risk of damage - and subsequent catastrophic failure with difficult to extinguish flames. DO NOT EVER put a battery in a checked bag.

The house just passed a bill that could BAN all DJI drones in the US. Please read up on that before you purchase any DJI device.

If you dig deeper it’s really just because there is minimal competition and politicians trying to impress higher power. The original argument was data collection. Now DJI has will stop the ability for data collection and user uploads and there is no argument, yet they are still going to try to ban.
