  • This has to be the most well protected from the elements power station I've had apart. Everything is coated and secured with goop. Made disassembly a little tricky, but it means nothing is coming loose on its own.

    first thing i noticed as you was sweeping up the work space is you do what everyone should be doing ! cutting off them ds cheap chineesium plugs ! good man 👌

    Interesting but I did not notice any fuses should something nasty go wrong... A bit poor it has no WiFi or BT and firmware update only via Windows or MAC program and USB-C cable.

    Have you got any of the sdc adaptor cables you could poke with a multimeter? I’m wondering if they’re just using resistors on the secondary pins to trigger the different modes that they support, thanks for going to the effort so we can learn!
