Honestly Tracey, I think you’re so damn funny even when you’re not trying to be! I learn all sorts of tips and tricks watching your videos. I suggest you, Daniel Cooper and Claire (Crafty Corners of course) all get together and have a resin off as opposed to a cook off. And we all vote for the most crafty, unique and fashionable project! Yay!!! What do you think? Love this project!
That’s beautiful. That pattern and those colors turned out gorgeous! I think a sea themed washi tape would have been spectacular on that background. The flowers work, too, of course.
I love those tapes! They are beautiful. The tray turned out fabulous, but I have to say I prefer it before the flowers. But it is still beautiful. And the red tray is stunning. Thank you! 💐
This really reminds me of the marbling I used to do 30ish years ago on wood. This may be my favorite tray, and I have watched a ton of TH-cam videos. :)
I love how they both turned out. The red one is stunning. I love how you did the marbling on the other tray but feel it looked better before the Washi Tape went on, but it still looks good with it on as well. Fabulous job, you go Tracey❤
I agree but this video was about demoing the invisible edge bubble free washi tape that some say is impossible - as well as marbling so I needed to get it in there :)
Thank you Tracey, that marbling technique is fantastic, you made it look so easy. Love the trays, the red one with the lady is beautiful too. Enjoy your weekend x❤
Thanks so much 😊 actually that marbling is the easiest way I have found. I'll do a specific video o n it sometime. I'm still looking around to see if anyone else has done this on video or if it's a new t h ing
Love the washi tapes, they can be used in so many projects. I have done the marbling, made a laundry hamper for my sister ( out of wood) but she wanted a red, black, white and silver top, so I did that with resin and I was quite happy with it. That red satin is gorgeous.
I love all the washing tapes, Ms Tracey 😍😍, really beautiful designs in Wonderful marbeling technique,Ms Tracey, you explained and displayed everything so well 💜💜 and the results turned out superb 💜💜💜💜💜.The washing tape stickers looks gorgeous 🤩 on this marbled trinklet tray 😍😍.Ooooo that second tray is also gorgeous 🤩🤩,the graphics look amazing on it😍😍😍
Tracey, I just love that red tray. For me, that's the showstopper! I love the marbling effect too. It looks as if the flowers have fallen into water on a very windy day. Thank you for another great video tutorial.
I love those tapes! They are beautiful. The tray turned out fabulous, but I have to say I prefer it before the flowers. But it his still beautiful. Thank you! 💐
I totally agree! I did want to play with the tapes though so I am glad I did - and also glad I did the second one too. I think I'll work on that new marbling method though, I think it's worth exploring further, without stickers :)
The marble one is was sooo easy to achieve and they both turned out gorgeous…..if your craft room is to hot or your pour is a little deeper than you should pour put a small fan right next to it…ok question for the marble one could you use the polyurethane for the backing? Just let the resin cure a bit before using the polyurethane…. And you are the best teacher for the new ppl watching…you make it fun to learn this craft
Oh wow aren't they beautiful. I get ones like that from TEMU, and they're anything from 95p to about £2, superb value. I make junk journals and use them in those, plus I make jewellery using bits in UV resin. The ones you have are gorgeous though. Thanks Tracey for sharing them with us. xx❤❤❤❤
Yes I have Temu ones too, they are pretty good. These are thinner and so work easier for hiding the edges. also they are artist designed so a bit special :)
So glad you like them. I hope it answers that question going around about losing the edges of stickers. Apparently there's videos going around saying the resin underneath doesn't work lol
You can do it! It's odd, I found it really odd at first but suddenly when I just clicked with it, it's the easiest thing ever. I did also try the copies from Temu - all wer hard to use and ended up in the bin. the real Gyro Cutter - is still the one I use regularly today - now almost 2 years on :)
Ohhhh new Washi tapes! They always have so many pretty things. 😍 I like that new marbling technique. I'll definitely be trying that. I might try using q-tips to do the marbling. They'll be even less likely to scratch the mold. Both of the trays came out cute Tracey but the red one is my favorite.💗
The marbled was quite nice but the red blew me away! ❤ Both the red in itself and the delicate lady you chose to put on it. I got me a gyro cutter at Maker's this year though I haven't had time to do more than try it at their booth. I also ordered a roll of pet washi tape from Wish last week to see if it's something for me.
They both came out beautifully! I’ve been using Claire’s advice of putting a layer of clear UV resin over my washi tape pieces, and it works quite well, but I would like to try your method now, for comparison. I do a lot with nail stickers and PET washi tapes, so anything I can do to hide those edges will help!
Thank u these are gr8 little tips that even experienced resin artist will find useful as most aren’t making the same style of project each time. I save & sort my favorite videos, trying to label them in a way that I can find when I want to try a different technique. Even still, easier said than done! Had a good L😂L when u said “it’s just a cheap little silicone spatula from the cook shop” had to rewind & turn on closed captioning to read what u actually said. Sorta sounded like C😮ck shop! I’m terrible with accents!
I really love the marbled one! The flowers are great on the side, let's the design show off and then a subtle focus point. What brand is that red? It is a stunning color, I can see why it is your favorite.
@@miniscenesgb I just looked at every single item listed in their online shop and there was no red satin pigment, powder, paste or mica. Do you have a link for it? Thank you!
@@miniscenesgb They don't have a pigment set on the site either. The Sage Green they show in a photo isn't available either. All they have left is black &, white. Hope they are not having difficulties...
no they are fine, just sorting out what was selling and what wasn't so what to restock I think. I do know their Greate and Bloom colours intended for Eco Pour work in Resin too
This was great! I love this mold! Hey, the red one is beautiful but u know red is a hard color to get right I think. U said u used satin red - may I ask what brand if u know, or is it mica, pigment or ink/dye? Thanks!!! ❤❤❤
@@miniscenesgb Definitely positive, I really like the way you presented your video, I know adding a comment will help your channel’s algorithm, so “one for the algo” is my probably very Australian way of saying so.

Thanks Tracey. I adore the washi tape collection. They are such good quality as well. Love all the subtle background music, very professional. 😊❤❤

Hi Tracey, love the red tray. I wonder, can you just stick it down on the front with its own adhesive and then add resin?❤
