29. Kloie Wilson - CrossFit Athlete and Full Time Firefighter

Kloie Wilson sits down with Wex to chat the 2023 CrossFit Games season, what it's like to balance having a full time career as a firefighter while still maintaining her training. She twice has just missed out on punching her own ticket to the CrossFit Games and this past year she was selected to be part of the Demo Team. Kloie hopes that with the new system and her training this will be the year she gets her shot.
