Yes! I agree! They are amazing with animals! They currently run a facility which holds a lot of reptiles, snakes, amphibians and even their American Alligator Rex. They're very knowledgeable with animals.
I love Ryan literally jumping when Crisco had the tarantula on him. What a supportive friend! 😂 I like hognoses, but the arachnids I'll just wave hi to from all the way over here
They should have brought Rex ( their American Alligator) and Ally ( Black and White Tegu)… I bet they would be okay with Ally but Rex on the other hand….. that would be a whole different story lol or on the other scale I should say!
Snake Discovery is amazing! I've taken my kids and they have a blast!! Rex is the winner with his tube and pop-up window. I have to say Ally is one of my favs.
But they're such drama queens that they don't even open their mouths when they "strike". Yes, this snake does the snake equivalent of stopping a punch right before the hit.
Fear is not weird, it's a normal human feeling. You probably experienced it once or twice in your life, too. Besides, you know they're harmless but for people who up to that moment thought these animals could do serious damage, it's pretty impressive they decided to face their fear. :)
To be fair, there is a type of spider the size of a tarantula and native to Central and South America that is highly venomous. It's not an unreasonable reaction to see an enormous spider and regard it as being as toxic as the wandering spider (some Old World tarantulas can put you in the hospital, but they won't kill you). Though the only thing wandering spiders have in common with tarantulas is their size.
@@AtarahDerek there are some seriously venomous, aggressive spoods. And if anyone was so irresponsible to be handling one of those in a situation like this, then yes, fear and even panic would be very understandable. But this is not one of those spiders. Humans do have a natural instinct to avoid any creature that can pose harm, I get that. What I can't handle is adults being hysterical and literally shrieking when faced with something that is clearly harmless. Like, even if they were scared, have some fucking dignity, you know?
Thanks so much for having us! You all did great holding Ms. Muffet and Bacon!
This seems like such a cute idea! Thank you for sharing your experience!
Love watching people face their fears good job emily and ed!
And one of the best channels on YT, period.
Thank Emily & Ed from our Morning Show staff! Come back again soon.❤️
Loved seeing you guys here lol especially the reaction from the staff, so funny and sweet ❤👍
The first guy was flinching so much before Ms. Muffet that all that was going through my head was "please don't drop her"
Highly recommend Snake Discovery. Emily and Ed (and staff) are great and the animals are cool too!
Yep!

I'm so jealous of these guys X'D when I finally get to Minnesota the first place I'm going is Snake Discovery

Oh god - There's no Superbowl bet big enough to get Crisco & Ryan to touch an Alligator! 😂
@@ks95vids But Rex is so cute!!!!
Ahh it’s wonderful that you had Emily on! Such wonderful people her and ed 🙏
100% only to came watch from the snake discovery TH-cam link
When I was a kid, I would have ran away. Now, after so many Snake Discovery vids, I think I would just hold out my hand, and say, come here...
Snake Discovery is amazing! I've taken my kids and they have a blast!! Rex is the winner with his tube and pop-up window. I have to say Ally is one of my favs.
Rex is a sweet and funny little girl. Im so happy that Emily and Ed adopted her, so she can live a happy and healthy life
Imagine their reactoins when they find out hognoses are technically venomous

Greetings from England, this was a most excellent mood booster.
Greetings Kay Jay! We are a radio station from Minnesota. Come check us out at our website sometime and say hello. 👋---> www.ks95.com
I wish to talk as well as Emily when I speak out loud lol.
Love snake discovery always have the best videos. Love that bacon came. His so cute.
I am so proud of Crisco!!!! You did that!
Omg I was laughing so hard even though deep down I would have the EXACT reaction as crisco did to ms. Muffet
Same...I was like "Youre braver than I am Crisco.."
Awesome wholesome content! Im from SD channel. You guys were a real Hoot!
Me too! LOVE Snake Discovery!
I ❤❤❤❤ Emily @SnakeDiscovery! I have been watching her on TH-cam for years, long before she opened the Snake Discovery center here in the Twin Cities
Good job on overcoming your fear of spiders and snakes. I'm sure Steve Irwin is smiling down from heaven.
It's his birthday today too. He's 60.
@@AtarahDerek wow
Emily and Ed are the best! I hope you have them on again!
Love snake discovery youtube !! I wanna go !! ..I'm an adult ...I'd have to touch everything , never touched a tarantla or hognose but I'm game !! 😁😁😁
This is so cool! Love the show and Snake Discovery! Keep up the amazing work
Lol, you should have brought the OBT 😜
Love snake Discovery
This was amazing. Kudos to everyone for being so cool around those animals 💯
Ach! The tarantula is creeping me out!
I was fearful of snakes until I touched one.
They should have brought Rex I wonder what they would have done then
Next time perhaps?
Haha Dez makes this hilarious 😂
I LOVE EMILY AND SNAKE DISCOVERY!
How fun!! 🐍 🕷☺
You didn’t bring omnomlette?
I’m sure mentioning where her name came from would not inspire confidence.
She is in brumation still I think
Isn't she hibernating?
Omnomlette would bite them if they smelled like food, and to her, food is a broad category.
I'm terrified of spiders so I couldn't even finish watching this😬
Great take, Emily!!! aah, my toddler.... no, stop. dude. ack Animal management, amiright? Oh gawd. The drawer of duplo is now... everywhere.
Bacon is so cute!
I just feel so embarrassed for the people that are freaking out!
Yes I’m finally early! A bit lol
Niiice 😁
Tarantulas are creepy but not scary haha they're harmless
Lol Crisco such a wuss 🤣
He was such a baby!! A brave baby in the end though! lol
I'm with Crisco. NO SPIDERS!! I could hardly watch this! 😄
People are so weird. They're harmless. Such hysteria for a harmless beastie who is tiny in comparison to a human. Weird.
We all have our quirks! Maybe too many horror films over the years. 😅

@@derp_dragons irrational fear is, you know, irrational. I just don't get it. Respect for the animal I get. Shrieking like toddlers I don't get.
