DONE!!! My very first official HIIT after resting for close to 2.5 weeks due to a sprained ankle. Seriously miss the fast movements, its just so different from the low intensity workouts I did whilst recovering. Getting things moving once again...slowly but surely.
@@ContentFunnys Can you please share what is HIIT then? I am pretty sure this workout is not to be done alone but repeated or combined with other workouts to get the full effect of a HIIT workout burn.
@@chermainetay2843 HIIT is when you go ALL OUT for about 30 seconds (like running for your life or U. Bolt running the 100m dash at the olympics) and rest for multiple minutes, I recommend watching Greg Doucettes reaction to this vid!
