You can accomplish the same thing with a small hotel pan for the water and 2 disposable aluminum containers flattened for the indirect heat. All for under $10.00 cheers
Interesting product. I am a sucker for clean looking accessories, and this looks way better than a brick splitting the charcoal area in half. thanks for the vid
What would be the difference from just putting the coals to one side or separating with a few bricks covered in foil? Curious if you noticed that much of a difference?
No problem with that I got started that way but I am s sucker for grill accessory. Also have a drip pan that doesn't let any grease by is nice this is something that took me a long time to learn. Thanks for watching 🙌
@@RustyBBQLamb I don't know, I know everyone's different, but my feeling is, if you fix food for others to eat, (and I assume others, even family, were gonna partake in all of that good food you cooked,) just eat over a plate so not everyone else sharing food with you isn't eating whatever falls from your mouth... Dude, I'm not being an ass, but it's just when you make food prep vids, (and it was a good vid till you started eating! LOL!) it's stuff others notice. Maybe no one else cares, but I'd have a problem if I was eating with/beside you... lol!
@@bgunckel except he's got family in his vids... he can do as he pleases... just saying, it's a bit gross seeing someone eating over a plate of prepared food. When you make vids, about cooking, it's best to show it in the best light and plate it up on a sep plate, so you're not dropping stuff out of your mouth. His kids may be fine with it now, maybe not later. Same with his friends. His audience may be fine with it, for some it may cause them to leave or not watch... if he has his followers, fine, it's nice to please a wide range tho... to me, that's just some helpful advice...

I love doing beef back ribs, so much flavor. When I do a standing rib roast... I don't go for the roast, I eat the meat from around the bones.
Definitely some good meat there! Thanks for watching 🙌🙌
