Yes, I love the timelapse especially. I finally made my way to mirrorles cameras world and R6 handling of high ISO is amazing so I'll give it a shot soon. If we get some clear sky of the Scotland this summer.
Thanks a ton mate. The next ones are even better. I got a bit star timelapse crazy during this trip. Every lodge was dark sky heaven. The trails timelapse in the next vid is insane.
Great Video, Loved the fire into time-lapse, also the photos from the flight, The old vehicles are begging for some night time light painting. Yet another great video. Many thanks
Makes you realise how much I miss your content Greg (but totally get your priorities have changed) as this was top drawer work, especially that star timelapse, that was different class.
Guido!! Danke dir. Namibia ist ein wirklich tolles Reiseziel. Auch für Familien ist es eine gute Reise, bei der du Fotografie und normales Reisen kombinieren kannst.
You flew over the Namib 14 years ago!!! Amazing. From where to where? I went skydiving in Swakop in 2012 and it was amazing. But that was only 10 years ago!!
@@gregorsnell it was a 1 hour flight from the airfield at Sossusvlei, it was amazing. Went skydiving aswell from Swakopmund, that was a great experience. Love to do that again some day, just like the sandboarding!!!
What a Fantastic job you have!!!! Travel, Photography/Video. Meeting Great People and Capturing Beautiful Locations. Hard work does pay off!! Congratulations!!! Are you in BVS workshop in Iceland in June?👍👍
Really great video as usual. Such a cute picture of Nellie and the baby. Hope to see both of you on a travel video together soon. Was that a quiet light ball cap?? (and what no Labatt 50 in sight!!! lol)
Awesome..Awesome Greg!! Some great cinematic shots. I think one of my dream photography tours would be with you, Brendan and Thomas on one of your Patagonia trips!
Great content that mate , good to see you still able to do this after the pandemic and after the family came along, hope they are all well. Great scenery and images and from a different perspective of that plane, great video that was. Spme nice time lapses and images im sure the client will be delighted with your results . Take care mate all the best !
Great video Greg. It's also nice change to see video from Namibia but more focused on touristic experience not just photography. I love photography but trying to convince my other half to go on a trip while showing her only sunrise sessions and people with backpacks filled with camera gear doesn't really work. BTW. Did you make two intros?
Haha.I know the feeling. Thanks for the kind words. Namibia would be a great travel / photography trip for sure. No intro is still the same just cut short.
I love those views of the desert below from the airplane! I've seen all of the videos Brendan has done at Sossusvlei, but this is the first time I've seen it from an airplane unless there was drone footage in his videos. Namibia looks amazing, and I would love to go see it for myself one day. The assignment looks like a great one!
Yeah what a trip eh!! I have been to Botswana, another amazing travel experience similar to Namibia but less sand and no coast. Also no desert really. Botswana is more about Chobe and the Okavango Delta. TONS of great wildlife and camping though.
Nice video mate! Is that an approaching sandstorm at 10:15? I sure have my experience with those from my Namibia trip with brendan. 😅 The shipwreck in the desert is pretty cool!
How about that fire BBQ shot at 07:30 or the star timelapse at 07:50?? 🙂 What an awesome trip. Stay tuned for Part II dropping soon!!
Yeah that was a good capture of the fire and the star timelapse
Yes, I love the timelapse especially. I finally made my way to mirrorles cameras world and R6 handling of high ISO is amazing so I'll give it a shot soon. If we get some clear sky of the Scotland this summer.
My brain kept jibbering about all the wonderful colors and textures. Amazing captures! -Elaine
Wunderschöne Aufnahmen Greg. Vielen Dank dafür und ganz liebe Grüße an Nellie und an euer Baby.
Danke dir Marianne!! Es war eine fantastische Reise. Auch dir und deiner Familie wünsche ich alles Gute.
this place is even more insane viewed from the air !
That flight looked unreal. Namibia is high up on the bucket list.
I must have taken 500 photos in that 01h20min flight.
Gorgeous country. Can't wait for the next video.
Greg, love photos you made in that astonishing place I would like to visit one of these days. Thanks!
Awesome Greg, nice to see you on tour again! Especially in such s great place like Namibia - looking forward to Etosha
Great images and fantastic Timelapse of the Milkyway!
Many thanks Glidden!!
Great blog dude. Beautiful images. Very interesting to see the terrain from the air.
Enjoyed that. Aerial views added new dimension to this location.
Cheers mate. Yeah that flight was a highlight for sure.
Great stuff Greg ! Good to see your vids again. All the best.
Ah man, just how good does that look! The star timelapse was awesome! Totally underrated part of the vid!
Thanks a ton mate. The next ones are even better. I got a bit star timelapse crazy during this trip. Every lodge was dark sky heaven. The trails timelapse in the next vid is insane.
Greg, good stuff brotha. I so want to go to Nmibia. Like all deserts, it looks so beautiful... glad.to see you on the road and working.
Great Video, Loved the fire into time-lapse, also the photos from the flight, The old vehicles are begging for some night time light painting. Yet another great video. Many thanks
Chris!! Cheers man. Yeah good call. Astro at Solitaire would have been real cool.
New trip on the Bucket List!
It's sick. Wait till you see the last video from Etosha.
What a cool flashback - as I was a lucky participant of this tour. I love your work - congratulations - thanks! Cheers from Switzerland
Big boom drop to start and big inspiration through out! 👌✌️
Mali :) Awesome to see you here my bro. Been meaning to get back to you about the podcast. Let's still do it. I just sent you a message.
Great Video with awesome pictures Greg! Und dein Deutsch klingt wirklich gut ;)
Makes you realise how much I miss your content Greg (but totally get your priorities have changed) as this was top drawer work, especially that star timelapse, that was different class.
What a privilege to fly over those dunes! The aerial photos are all brilliant!
It was a big highlight of the tour and I think a great selling point.
Nice, looking forward to the next one!
Brian!! Cheers man.
Well done Greg, impressive landscape and captured perfectly. Would defintively be nice to see this one day myself.
Guido!! Danke dir. Namibia ist ein wirklich tolles Reiseziel. Auch für Familien ist es eine gute Reise, bei der du Fotografie und normales Reisen kombinieren kannst.
Good stuff! Awesome time-lapse work. Looks like a fun but pricey trip. Rock on! 👍🍻
Wow what fantastic photographer
Awesome job Greg, wow doing what you love and at the same time call it work!!! just keep shooting mate!
Great images from the dunes Greg!!! That flight is amazing, did a similar one 14 years ago!!

Agreed. What an awesome place eh.
❤️❤️❤️
Looked like Elon Musk was there. Greg man I am sure you made Brendan jealous drinking beers flying, taking real aerial shots 😉. Good captures
Hahaha! What? You saying Brendan looks like Elon Musk...?
@@gregorsnell No, no the guy in 12:36 looked like Elon
Great video, Greg !
Thanks!
Sehr cooler Vlog mal wieder, Greg. :-)
Vielen dank Oli !!

Thank you Denis. Yup I'll be there in June! It's going to be an adventure that's for sure.
10 points if you can name the brand of the hat at 14:30. Plus maybe a Namib Dunes Swakop Craft Brew.
Uncle Grumpy Merch. Always want one of his benies
Too easy 👏
👍👍great stuff Greg ✌😎
Thanks 👍

Lol Labatt 50!!! That brings back some memories. Yeah Nellie will be back one day but her lust for TH-cam and video creation has passed.... for now ;)
Awesome..Awesome Greg!! Some great cinematic shots. I think one of my dream photography tours would be with you, Brendan and Thomas on one of your Patagonia trips!
Nice, that's awesome to hear Derek. 2023 is sold out but we'll likely go again in 2024.

great stuff! want to go back... Have you been to Botswana? People we met were talking about it a lot.
Yeah what a trip eh!! I have been to Botswana, another amazing travel experience similar to Namibia but less sand and no coast. Also no desert really. Botswana is more about Chobe and the Okavango Delta. TONS of great wildlife and camping though.
dein Deutsch wird richtig gut 😊🇩🇪
Vielen dank!!
Great footage once again! Jealous of the location!! Travel appears to be opening up all over, I'm headed to Alaska next month :-)
Nice!! That'll be an awesome trip. You should beat the mosquitoes too 👍
@@gregorsnell I’ve heard they’re called the state bird 🤣🤣🤣
Nice video mate! Is that an approaching sandstorm at 10:15? I sure have my experience with those from my Namibia trip with brendan. 😅 The shipwreck in the desert is pretty cool!
Also IPA is terrible, always tastes like soap in my opinion. 😂
Not a sandstorm no, just low clouds over the coast of Swakopmund.
do you have much issues with the heat haze there? thanks for a great video
not much in the early mornings. I could see it as a problem midday though.
Instead of peace how about cheers in German. I believe it is "Salud".
Nope that's Spanish. In German it's Proost.
Great photography, too much "Greg" and talking.
I feel the same way. Gotta limit ptc's to 1min max. More photos and b-roll less waffle. 🤘
