I bought a set of rechargeable insoles from Amazon. You charge them before hunting, then turn them on with a remote control. The problem was that heel/battery end was much thicker than the toe end. Walking downhill my toes would painfully jam into the front of the boot. Something to watch out for.
Josh, I watched the podcast with L+S. He mentioned the insole may be not as durable. After having in hand what do you think the durability feels like? Maybe not an all day hiker in the mountains but plenty durable for your typical whitetail hunts?
How tight are your boots? Because that’s a sure fire way to cold feet. Try one thin pair of nylon socks and one wool pair of socks and make sure the boot fit is barely on the loose side. Then buy only quality boots.
@@oldjarhead386 On Josh's recommendation I bought a pair of Gumleaf boots and like them. If I am understanding correctly, you are saying ONLY wear 2 pair of socks and the alpaca socks or merino wool socks should be the outer layer socks NOT right next to your skin? Also don't wear white cotton socks correct?
I’d try using one pair of merino wool socks and electric pair. I hunt in the Northeast, it was 10 degrees last January in the late season, and my feet stayed warm all day sitting while having the socks on low.
Hey Josh. Great video. Enjoyed Huck this weekend with the doe to. I went to buy a pair of these but didn’t y’all mention the buy one get one half off or something thru them ? I didn’t see that option. Thx 😊
🐺 Lol he said it's 40 degrees and he's wearing shorts. Great video thanks for sharing brother. Do they make these inner soles for cowboy boots ? Stay safe and God bless brother. 🇺🇲🦅

Started using toe warmers last season. Gamechanger. Slips into end of boot sticky film side down.
Wouldn't have occured to me to use the thermometers in each boot. Well done sir.
Thanks buddy. Was on the fence about these. Swayed me and thanks for the code! Pretty much free shipping. Good luck to you this season. Cheers!

Yeah id imagine they are way better than what comes in the boots
Hell ya from up here in cold Canada.
I need a pair of those. Thanks man
Two bread bags will work better than most aftermarket shoe additives.
I get them free with every loaf I get.
They DO work
Grabbing these !
I do get cold feet. I usually wear 3 pr of socks. I think I will try your alpaca socks and the insert. Do you have any thoughts on merino wool socks?
This is the first year with the alpaca. I like the merino wool stuff

@@critter852004 I am guessing electric socks on the skin? What brand do you suggest or use?

You may ask Stephen from Lathrop and sons. I'd email them
Oh scientifically proven. 👎👎
Once you made the left foot and right foot joke, I knew I came to the wrong place. I’m never coming back here. Absolutely atrocious
