The inside look into the World Cup weeks has really been enjoyable. Seeing behind the scenes on a daily cadence has really pulled me in as a fan and I dig it.
Shame about the weather causing disruption but the new track looks awesome. It's good to see something new thrown into the mix and it means all riders have a fair chance so we could see some interesting results potentially.
looks really sick, I'd love to watch it. Do you guys know if anyone is streaming it? This year I have not been able to find any streams besides of short recaps or qualis. Am I missing something important? Cheers
from google: Should ears go over or under cap? A well-fitting baseball cap should sit comfortably above your ears with the bill resting in the middle of your forehead. The crown of the baseball cap should top your head, leaving a little space between your head and the cap.
I think they should have NEW tracks every year. If it's the WORLDS then travel the world. I also think that if they wanted to do like a "Drive to Survive" F! series, gotta keep it new. They had a point......"I have 3 laps to get to speed, and Minaar has been racing the same track for 20 yrs. The sport has blown up and we need to see all the neat places to ride.
Whilst it would be nice, finding new areas willing to build a World Cup DH course to be used for one weekend and then potentially never again makes it almost impossible.
What is the philosophy behind walking the track from bottom to top? I'm sure there's a reason..... anything more than just meeting people as they come down?
Exactly this. If they start at the top and walk down then they’ll basically be with the same handful of people the whole way. Starting at the bottom and walking up means they see every rider and can get their thoughts on the track.
