В чём гениальность? И где тут "совершенно новый уровень"? Показаны в ролике обычные строительные рабочие, выполняющие обычную работу. Более того - в некоторых моментах ролика показаны весьма посредственные рабочие. Если не сказать хуже. Момент с установкой пласт-кома на стену лестницы, момент с бетонированием обечайки, момент с кладкой кирпича.
В чём "гениальность" этих рабочих?

I agree, there's nothing exceptional in this video, just construction workers doing their jobs according to the architect's design.
I love watching these videos, yet I wish the designer was involved during the process of majority of the ideas.
The snap together fittings with ads pipe leak. You need to use expanding foam on each piece before snapping them together. The drain in front of the garage will be leaking into the soil below the slab causing voids and eventually the driveway will settle. 95% of all my work is repair work. Trust me on this...

I had a remodeling project where the original masons had buried the bottom two feet of the steel columns in mortar, with no weeps. When we showed up 30 years later, we had to cut the bottom of the steel columns off and weld on replacement sections and bases. The rust had turned the columns into paper.

Really nice video, good job. Almost like me.
the box culverts were interesting would be nice if there was a better explanation for their use and more footage. The garage drain looks like it was put on the wrong end. Most driveways have a slope so you should put it towards the road to catch most of the rain water. Plus I respect workers so long as they're nice people in their private lives too-they do a good job. These are the sorts of people I'd hire to upgrade my house.
