Thank you for this, I used to use Linkedin a lot and received great results, I'll certainly action these tips and jump back on the Linkedin tool.

Great tips, Heather! :) I am posting my marketing videos organically to LinkedIn. This has really helped my connections to understand what I do, and gain confidence in my skills. Most of my leads come through LinkedIn. :)

I haven't went over to Linked In yet, I have a whole training on it from A-Z in my back office so I will get around to it, I wanted to start TH-cam first since video is powerful and I love doing them now!!

Heather, well done...simple steps that aren't scary, but also not condesecending (which is so often the case with people with high degrees of knowledge). Thnx

Again... great tips and wonderful way to look at your life. I love the thought leaders connection too! I love the personalized connection requests... that will help me alot. It's something I do, but it's interesting how others don't... This gave me permission not to connect with them! Even on IG I notice people follow and then I wait for 3 -7 days to see whether they are still there and often there not. So I bet it's more powerful on linked in. Awesome tips Heather. Thanks! Elizabeth

Elizabeth, thanks for stopping by. I hate the follow and then unfollow thing. It's so immature and such a poor way to run a business. LinkedIn is a lot more professional. Thanks for watching.

Consider your camera angle. In film, a camera from below makes the subject appear strong. One from above makes the subject appear weak.

What about an autistic girl that never had the opportunity of having any formal education, or attending grade school at all, and doesn't have any work experience anywhere. I have no education to put down on Linked in, I have no resume or work history. The only education I have is what I taught myself in my room balled up into a corner with a blanket over my head, I speak 2 languages and I have a myriad of skills many people find impressive but given my situation nobody will hire me or look at me. How am I supposed to make connections.
