If you have had a mayonnaise cake, do you know if the devil food is more moist or how they compare. My grandson wants an unfrosted chocolate cake. Then I was considering adding pudding mix to Mayo cake. All I know is I want it moist, rich, decadent. Any help be appreciated
@@claudiam7864You can add some sour cream, or separate the yolks from the whites and after beating your whites, you can fold it into your cake mix. You can also increase the quantity of your butter or oils, or the pudding as well.

The difference between Devils food cake and chocolate is the Devils food cake is richer in taste cause it's made with real Cocoa and it has more baking soda in it to make it fluffyer! Now if it's box cake I don't know if I could tell the difference? LOL but the recipes look yummy! 👍 Thankyou for sharing
Try mixing some almond extract into the cherries next time! I bet it would be good! Also, use a pastry blender and cut to solid butter into the sry mix like you were making a pie crust. That mixes the butter evenly.

Us what is the difference between devil's food cake it is a deeper richer chocolate lighter and fluffier with a richer taste compared to chocolate which is not the devil's food cake is also made with cocoa powder this is coming from six some of the desserts you have done look amazing and very tasty can't wait to try some myself I like the Deep richer Taste of chocolates plus the darker the chocolate the Richer it is from what I've learned it is healthier for the heart
