I have been working out for four years and I can follow that split but for newbies if you are try isolation moments first and compounds later this split. You must have some experience like for one year of Training experience to do some intense workouts like him.

Rest wale din ghar pr I do yoga, cardio and Abs... Is this approach correct ??

U should train abs everyday, training abs just on your rest day will not work. Just 2 to 3 exercises everyday is enough it hardly take 15 to 20 mins when you don't take rest between sets
I have watched you videos . I have some suggestions for you , you need a littlefocus on mainting a constant muscle tension during your excerics, thats the key which breaks the muscle platue fast gives more mass to muscles. Like You have done shoulder barbell press , when you were taking up the arms should only reach upto a level where your elbow have slight bent which keeps the muscle in tension ,
Bro, while doing skull crushers try a little bit of pronated grip rather than neutral that will most probably reduce that elbow pain, I've tried it it's working for me.
