I have been working out for four years and I can follow that split but for newbies if you are try isolation moments first and compounds later this split. You must have some experience like for one year of Training experience to do some intense workouts like him.

I have some suggestions for you , you need a littlefocus on mainting a constant muscle tension during your excerics, thats the key which breaks the muscle platue fast gives more mass to muscles. Like You have done shoulder barbell press , when you were taking up the arms should only reach upto a level where your elbow have slight bent which keeps the muscle in tension ,
I feel pain in my shoulder (back side) while doing overhead extension. I love this exercise because it gave me really good results initially. but initially I was a beginner so I was doing this exercise with 2.5kg dumbells but now I can do it with 5kg but due to shoulder pain I cannot.
Do warmups before workout... With the least weighted dumbbell..do over head extension... until uh feel warm in your shoulders Warmups before exercise are the best thing to reduce the chance of injury or pain
Bro i know that you are more experienced then me but one tip that i wanted to give you that don't do fast shoulder rotation insted you can do shoulder car's it will maintain your shoulder joint health

U should train abs everyday, training abs just on your rest day will not work. Just 2 to 3 exercises everyday is enough it hardly take 15 to 20 mins when you don't take rest between sets
