    Weight doesn't matter as long as ur training till failure in any rep range u will preserve the muscle mass also create an adaptive/growth response....

I have working out for a long time with trying too much variations every single time i train my arms....but felt no or very little pump and stimulus on them......today i tried the same split as you told in the video and boom❤.....it is soo much helpful.....i loved the pump and the pain on my arms now.....thank you so much❤️❤️

    Hey Saket ik this this super rando, don't get me wrong but I have a suggestion for everyone here,
    So whenever we guys a bout to start our reps we usually start with 1,2,3... And so on, see nothing's wrong with that but I would suggest ki to start in reverse order like 12,11,10
    .. like it psychological tricks your brain to complete pura set and definitely works with me... Do give it a shot! And Stay hydrated!

    When I do tricep pushdowns, I hit failure or what I think is failure at 10 to 12 reps. but the reps don't go nearly as fast as yours do. Should I lower my weight or keep doing the same weight?
