My brother, who is a wonderful carpenter/handyman told me to “TH-cam it” and you know what? I’m so glad I found you! You probably would be a lot more patient than my brother haha
I dunno. Putting one hand on the drill by the wall while it’s running makes me nervous. Drills are heavy, and if it skips to the side, I’ve suddenly drilled a hole in the web of my hand.

This is excellent. Even though I have been doing DIY projects for years, I always had to guess how to do things. Finally have clear instructions, and even learned something new--how NOT to strip out a screw! The entire video was helpful and the canine "helper" adorable.
Thanks for this video, and thanks for not having silly background music! Don't you want to level the bracket before adding the bottom screw? I would level-check the vertical of the bracket before committing to the bottom screw location. Your drapery panels look too narrow, but maybe it's a decorative choice you've made. You're very good at instruction and I know you didn't leave anything out really. Excellent tutorial.
I can’t for the life of me drill into the wood beam. I’ve put 3 different holes in my drywall just to get a screw in but the drill bit just can’t seem to penetrate the wood. He makes it look so easy

Why do you measure from the top of the window sill to get the measurement for the bracket?

Then you wood use the dry wall anchors.
How do I unscrew the end knob to change the curtains for different curtains? I can't get the end knob to come off ....
