Cant wait to do a giga campaign with this and then AOTR one after other. Kinda wish we could go from this to AOTR in the same mod via an era system but it is probably impossible lol.
Not impossible, it'd just be a very big mod. It's possible to load In other gcs from the gc that you have (Fall of the Republic does this for example). It's also possible to fire events for certain planets to change sides via Lua scripting as well.

Also Coryak totally didn't accidentally mention stuff by complaining about lua scripts not working the way he wanted in a few discord calls 👀 ( all jokes aside you spoiled it ages ago with the blue text for the hunt mission in the end of an early stream )
Great !) УРААААААААААААААААААААА ))) This is so good i love this mod beacuse they have story missions and story lane. The main thing is not to forget about the canon. I have a question. Will the AI somehow complete its story missions? Will the player interact with AI through story missions?
The player doing missions can effect the AI, but the AI doesnt do missions, if for example there's a hero you unlock through a mission, AI can probably just recruit him, but most events will depend on the player completing missions (for example in AotR, as imps you have to take endor, do a whole bunch of stuff and build the death star, while as rebels, imps will get the death star if you fail the mission either by losing the battle or not showing up and letting the timer run out, and the timer starts after you do the Zhar mission)
@agentiq007 I mean, it would be cool if let's say you play for the Republic and you need to capture Geonosis and this is your current main story mission and the AI knows and understands this. Thus, in addition to SUPPOSE of the protective garrison script, the AI will defend this planet very well. Making completing this mission a damn challenge. Or you are playing for the Republic and CIS has to attack Coruscant, will he even do this in your company? And if so, will he increase his troops for this purpose or will it be a scripted and precisely defined number of units?
@СашаШибко-в7т you can bet that the battle of Coruscant will be a scripted mission. But overall, i don't think the AI takes player mission objective into account in most cases. Geonosis for example will probably have a bunch of defences on it, some put there from the start, some built by the AI, but will there be any units? Who knows, AI might put some troops or ships there or it might move them all elsewhere and leave it empty
