I've got the 36200 Lisle tool but it's too big for my Toyota 4AGE 20 Valve! Will the 36050 actually fit?
I gotta have one....
Is this tool good with the 2AZFE engines?
Think it works just as good if when puting it back on u don’t bang it , but push it

Does the head of the spring loaded nipple on the installer part have to be no wider than the shaft of the valve in order to work? I'm not sure how it works this part but it's not working for me. How does it get the keepers to fit around the valve shaft?
This is the problem I ran into as well, did you ever find a solution?
@@owenclough7156 I believe I had to get the right tool. This guy's kit has two. At first I had the wrong size. I forget exactly but I still have the tool and it worked out but I'm pretty sure I had to get the smaller one for "Asian" sized lol valves
@@juntjoonunya9216 yea mine came with 2 sizes but they peice where the retainers would sit was too large on both

@@juntjoonunya9216 it's a 1976 kz400, parts were shipped in from Japan and it was built in Lincoln Nebraska so I'm not surprised I would need an asian sized valve keeper, I'm a little salty about it though because I kind of damaged the end of the valve stem because the retainers smacked into it because of the incorrect size

Don't bother buying it, tool is a peace of crap, didn't work on my Yamaha Virago XV750, I got to waking the freaking tool so hard that it bent my valve

This tool is not worth the money. It is good at taking the valve retainers out. But trying to put them back in that is a different story. I tried to not take the head off. I had to anyway to put the valve keepers back on with a different tool.

crap tool. have it, used it, damaged a valve with it. it will remove keeper well, just do not use it to install. Lisle will not talk to you about it either
I just got a shitty cardboard box they sent with it lol
