No! I would go straight to conversion to purchase if purchases are ultimately your goal. You're just going to get window shoppers optimizing for LP views...

Hi Dara Super interesting content thanks, it reached me up to France ;) One key question remaining unanswered : when it’s time to edit video, what app do you use to make it look native ? The UGC creator can’t create it from our TikTok account (risky to share access :€) + we may need to export it for meta. Whenever we use a non native app such as capcut, or anything else we realise the font we find there and the way they appear don’t look as native as if the ad was created on platform app itself What do you recommend ?
Hey Benjamin, what I used to do and it may not be the most efficient is I just place all the native text on a green image inside IG stories (haven't tried for tiktok yet but I might after typing this out) and I cut it out in premiere pro and overlay it into the edited video. Hope that makes sense?
@@pierredanao Hi Pierre thanks for the hack, great ideas which helps for sure ! Only thing is my editors usually are more familiar with simple editing app such a cap cut or directly TikTok/meta app than they are with premiere, and I wonder if they will manage to get screen detouring right easily with their tools or if they’ll have to switch to premiere
@@benjamingarzillo2378 Yeah, you have a point, that's something I've struggled with other editors as well, which is why I ended up figuring it out myself hahaha. Lemme find a simpler way around it using basic editing apps and get back to you when I do! Premiere pro isn't super difficult to migrate to with enough determination. I was able to ramp up a few people from 0 knowledge to sufficient enough editing to be able to do a bulk of the work then just finish it off yourself or with the more senior editors. Takes a bit of time and patience but it was pretty worth it for me.

Recently i've red that the CTR is totally non correlated with purchases, so it's a kpi to not look at when decide to kill an ad. What is your thought about it? If it's true, do i have only look at number of purchases, cpa and maybe atc? nothing before click? thanks a lot!
