Jeez. I just want to come on here and say how much I appreciate all the content and support you give through ALL the different avenues you have. TH-cam, Instagram, your website/blog, your courses, etc. Thank you for NOT focusing on what lens and settings you use because it really just depends on the location, lighting, client, and other factors. I only recently found you in the last year and am LOVING everything you teach. We are not in a place financially for me to invest in your complete education courses yet but I'm saving and hoping to join your tribe in the next few months! You are amazing, and beautiful, and inspirational. Thanks for all you do. The internet is mean and I applaud you for braving it to help people like me :)
Thank you for a wonderful video!! I love that you freely share your knowledge with us so often... what absolutely beautiful images! It makes me realize that I too often shoot in tight and don't get enough of the wide angle, epic shots!! This family must have loved these pictures...
I wish you’d address tips on camera settings and keeping everyone in focus while they’re moving. Additionally I’d like to see the SOOC image to see how much editing is required for the end image.
She has lots of videos on both keeping them in focus and editing. Try All Access too! I think they are offering a free month. That gets you all that in one place.
She won’t address these tips anymore she use to but not anymore because all her videos now have become about selling her courses and pushing the courses. She just gives you a taste and then says to understand this more I teach this in my courses! It’s all about the sales 🤦♀️ I use to love her videos before I noticed this marketing trend starting to creep in.
@@robigerovasilisphotography Then why click and watch today's video if you're so done with my content? Not only did you watch but also spent the time to comment? So fascinating!
@@KatelynJames because I live in the hope that maybe you’ll come back to the content I use to enjoy and not just selling courses. Your content is what drew me more to photography more than anyone else but the last year you’ve taken a different path one of more pushing the courses through your TH-cam videos and maybe that’s fine for most but it’s not what you use to be about. 🤷♀️Just saying it as it is and coming from a place of constructive criticism. Which takes me back to my first point I tune in occasionally cos I live in hope of the old Katelyn material I use to enjoy.
I noticed the first poster in this thread made a simple request of some different content of what she’d like to see more of or differently but in 8 days since she made this comment you haven’t responded then my comment which touches a raw nerve you pounce on straight away. Take more note of those comments too Katelyn. She’s asking a fair question/request.
"I can't believe I shot that!" ahhhhhh..... what we all desire when we review our photo sessions. It's the best day ever when you see that your skills line up with your vision. I like the way you present your ideas.
@@KatelynJamesmy goodness people are rude to you on here huh. I’ve been following you for years (I got started because of you & AJ!) and I appreciate the extra support you put out there on TH-cam. Your skills shouldn’t be totally free and you clearly have beautiful style. As a mom and a wife, I see the effort and still love & support you. I’m sorry people are jerks.

So knowledgeable…it is truly a gift God has blessed you with naturally!! Thank you for always sharing your wealth of knowledge with everyone!

What lens were you using in this shoot ?
Same not that it matter just that the pics are a lot wider than I was expecting them to be
Probably 28-70
Looks like 28/70 = great pics!! Love!
@@mkvii.717same. Couldn’t believe how wide they were.
@@StoicJasonnot surprising at all, look at the shooting distance.
Whats the drama about with imagen AI?
Apparently, she won't shoot LGBTQ+ weddings.

Did you pick the location Kaitlyn?
As a client I wouldn't want these images
whew. good thing you're not the client!!! 🤣
Why not ?
