I too have the luxx headlights and taillights for my '12 both in alpha black and I agree with you on you get what u pay for, I love the start up sequence and the sequentials pair perfectly with my sequential mirror turn signals 👌🏾and there's nothing more awesome lookin than a taco with poked out tires 👍🏽that'll be my next mod

unfortunately it’s not a permanent setting, it’s just a little trick with the parking brake. if the brake is on when the trucks off and you turn the lights ok they’ll be amber until activation

Yo how does the gearing feel with the 34's on stock gears?
really not that bad. i can go up inclines decently with enough gas, i’m sure a re gear would definitely help though. i expect the most adversity when i move up to 35s
You should do the 2.5 gen front end swap, none the less. The truck looks amazing for the year model it is.
i’m late but is it difficult to swap it ? i’ve been looking everywhere to see how people do it , or it just switching it like normal ?
The stage 1 lift kit shows only 3” max for lift. Your truck looks higher than that. Are you only at 3” of lift height?
it’s probably just the trimmed fenders that make it look higher than it is, combined with the height the tires give it

On your grill did you black out the Toyota lettering or is it still silver? I’m blind; I can’t tell. If it black did you plastidip or paint it?
Also, did you have your rear locker installed yourself or it came with that already?
the locker came with the truck, and the grill letters are gray/silver

How high is you lift?
Uh... is the passenger side UCA bolt coming out? I don't see a nut on the left, and the bolt looks like it is walking out towards the grill... Edit: Dude, even the washer on the left is missing... You are about to loose your whole UCA, spindle, axle, bakes, and those rims are gonna have the worst case of curb rash you ever did see.
😂😂yes it was, i thought the realization of it during the recording was pretty funny, i had some hardware put on right after to hold me together til dirt king gets me the replacement 🤝🏼

@@marvinjacobs2955 I had just done a full rebuild of my Tacoma's front end when I watched this video so I was just sitting here counting washers and details, looking how this one had gone together. I had a buddy in high school whose upper ball joint came apart on his 2nd gen on the way home from school. His truck collapse onto the frame, and he hit a large bump in the road that took off his oil pan. The carnage was crazy. I imagine had this bolt walked all the way out this would have been similar.
