Hi we live here since couple of months and railway line is not that noisy..you may find hard for initial 4-5 days after that none of us are facing any problems. Trains are not that frequent as compared to Mumbai side. So you will not face any problems as such .. hope this helps

Guys, anyone owning a flat in Amanora Park Town could you please highlight regarding monthly maintenance and Yearly charges. Do they increase each year or on what basis charges are decided ? Any help would be appreciated. At purchase sales team told me it would be 2.5rs/sqft.
@@dhruvinshah7652 They have linked maintenance with inflation long back. I think they are not going to go high on increasing per sqft maintenance. They collect cluster maintenance at the time of purchase, for sector maintenance . That they increase after 5 to 7 years approx base on inflation.
@@yesaji exactly right. Check if it's leasehold or sublease... you're forced to pay inflationary maintenance charges for 999 years means your coming ten generations!! But resale is in hands of developers because they control everything. So they can prevent resale leaving you stuck with monthly charges. Horrible.
Aaboli ji, before RERA part possession was allowed as a fit-out possession. Final possession is considered when all buildings of the segment delivered & Occupancy Certificate received. We have mentioned the final possession date of the all buildings when OC was received.

Maintenance is 2.5 Rs per sqft. for super built up area, for all apartments in Amanora.
