I am from Pune & worked in TCS Phase 3 campus for 3+ years. This place turns into a hill station during the monsoon season. Quite beautiful.
This is not only an IT Park , This is known a Rajiv Gandhi IT/BT Park where BT stands for Biotechnology. There is a 80 acre land dedicated to Biotech/Pharma Industry as well. I suggest you give the credit to that part of Hinjawadi as well. All the land opp Wipro, Infosys, till Emerson is a Biotech Park !!

I used to live in Lakshmi chowk and work in the IT park. I have seen the hill turn green in monsoon and again gray in Winter. Arrived atWakhad bridge from Kochi at the middle of night at 2am. The mountains nearby are great for trekking. If U have a Thar u can go offroading. Really liked the blue ridge apartments.The climate is better than Mumbai and even kolkata. And not too congested like Bangalore.

when I moved to Bangalore from Pune, I soon realised that I am going to miss Pune. Bangalore's infra is pathetic.
Bangalore has been a shithole for 20 years now. Earlier in the 1950s-60s too there was no guarantee to properties of non-kannadigas, bcos of the linguistic rowdies.

It's just 1:30 mins🙂👍 Plus Blue Ridge has an IT Park right opp., so they covered it too.
Compared to many developed cities.. san francisco, Singapore or any tier2 city of china etc.. this still looks so third world. Barren dusty landscape everywhere... Roads all so narrow, barely any infra for sidewalks. Some fancy building yes.. but still so basic and third world unplanned..

I’m from pune and was in hyderabad for few year, No other city in India is growing as fast as Hyderabad do, great development with future vision.
But this video of only one oldest IT parks of Pune , u should visit Magarpatta, Kharadi, Yerwada IT parks
Pune is way better than Hyderabad less Muslims and way better weather more educated people and navi Mumbai airport is very close from hinjewadi
