Rob smooth voice blends great with Austin's high vocals. Tim's bassy bass and Adam's off the chain beatboxing. Home Free love getting crazy by enjoying what they love. Great reaction.

Tim has been working on his chest fry. I don't know if it helps him hit lower notes but it sure sounds like it. You really hear it on the last note of the Ring of Fire redo. These are the best

Quite a fun song! That last low note was pretty sweet, and that he can hit it pure is quite impressive. I do enjoy their harmony and how they seem to really enjoy singing. I was trying to link "rose colored glasses" with it but couldn't seem to match it all up, lol.
It is a pretty fun one and Tim hitting that note is crazy. I was able to see them in concert awhile back and hearing him do that live is incredible. You can feel it throughout your whole body. Hope you have an awesome day Guy!

Also would like to share their American Christmas Medley. Here you can hear all five having solos. The soprano Margareta Bengtsson is a favourite voice of mine. So clear and soft. It’s the original group members performing. I’ve heard them several times live and they were amazing. And fun! Wrote a lot of own songs with lyrics with a twist 🙂 In Swedish though…

Thanks for your reaction. Another fun remake of this song. They originally did this song on the "Sing Off" they won in 2013. I like that Rob started out the song & then Austin came in later & of course the other guys added their special touches in the background. Always enjoy Tim's low growl. The guys all had such funny grumpy faces, especially Tim. Like how it started in black & white & then shifted to color when they put on the glasses. I noticed they had the same girl & guy who were the fire dancers in "Playing With Fire" in the background as extras.

The girl took her glasses off right AFTER Tim's crazy low note. That's what did changed everything, imho. I'd love to see your reaction to their recent release, Stand by Me.

This was one of my favorite songs from their Sing-Off performances. I really hope someone will post a video of Adam doing his solo at a holiday concert. He did a full version of Carol of the Bells with nothing but his voice while using the looper.
Wow Carol that had to be amazing. He did a solo at the concert I saw awhile ago. It was mind blowing.

You missed doing Home Free’s “Stargazer Trilogy”, all written by Austin about his lovely lady, Amberly, who is now his wife! Songs are: Give Me a Sign, Stargazer Lilies (her favorite flower) & MR (title is revealed in the song)! Also, followed up with “Playing With Fire”, another Austin original, about Amberly! You’ve missed so very much!!!

I interpreted the glasses on/off as sometimes you need a little help feeling more positive but eventually you don’t need the “crutch” and can see the good things without help.

I love the idea that changing your view of the world (putting on rose coloured glasses) can change your perspective of your environment. Of course the singing, harmonies & beatboxing are terrific. The song was also included in their older video "Hunter Hayes Medley". Adam is often introduced as their "pulse & heartbeat" (or a freak of nature!). Watch "Christmas in L.A." -he's amazing! They’re so good. Cute video. Yes, I think you were right on on the glasses. Adam is special. If you like Christmas music try Do You Hear What I Hear (arranged by Adam), O Holy Night (arranged by Tim when he was a teenager) and What Child is This (arranged by Chris Rupp and had both Chris and Chance in it). I want crazy? I don't need glasses for that, just Home Free is enough. This sounds great again!! How nice is that it has become a completely different version than the Sing Off, with Rob (and Austin) in the lead. The video was so much fun too. The first somewhat grumpy faces that completely brighten up. And how beautiful that red suit looks on Rob and later without glasses. 😍What a handsome cuddly bear 🥰. And hey, we don't really need to talk about the background vocals, harmony, bass and beatboxing because they are, as always, so incredibly good. Yes, again the biggest compliments to Home Free. Hey Bob, I’ve noticed you have not done any reactions to Voctave. Being a music teacher you must check this group out. They are an 11 member ensemble(sm. choir, group,etc.) with the best harmonization. When it comes to song arrangements it doesn’t get better than Jamey Ray who is also a tenor in the group and currently a professor of music at Rollins College in Winter Park FL. He is also serves as the choral editor for Excelcia Music Publishing overseeing, selecting & editing music for the choral catalog every year. Check them out!

Hi Bob! Hope you and your family are doing well. These guys are always on point. I agree with what you said about the glasses. I really think that it's all about our attitude and how we look at life in general. We don't need any enhancements, just take life as it comes and make the best of it. I don't know if you've watched the 7 short videos that these guys made about the History of Home Free, but they're great. It tells all about when and where they started and all the people that have been involved with the group since their inception. They're funny and serious at the same time. They even at one point almost gave it up, but Chris and Adam kept it going. And now, here they are. Have a great day!

Singing through rose colored glasses
Is that Rob’s wife that he’s dancing with him? If so, I never knew that it was her in “Hillbilly Bone!”
Someone told me it was but I don’t know for sure.
Not really different I think I just say it differently not having any Music training and being a reader in my own head a lot... I see it as a shift in perspective. At first you need assistance to do it aka the Rose colored glasses and having 1 person believe in you That Gal giving you the new vision. Then after a bit you just share the new brighter perspective and one day you realize all the people that matter to you joined you. You don't need the Rose colored glasses anymore.
Life, finding your Tribe, making the best of a day any day all starts with a shift in your perspective. HF never preachy but man can they deliver good solid advice.
