this build allways struggled because of lack of stab like any other herald. and now both support and dps meta are elementallist, meaning a lot of stun aura. upcoming changes to ele will not decrease theit cc spam so idk i am still pessimistic about herald. especially condi, which should stick to target constantly unlike in/out power herald
my first thoughts too, build looks nice but lack of stab vs current ele meta is just gonna hurt no matter how you slice it IMO. Even with cata nerfs I still think people are gonna stack eles (like cata/tempest duo for example) and just work over enemy teams that have no proper support.
I am having insane blast on hybrid renegade. Mallyx and Kalla together are slept on. Insane damage both sustained and burst, a bit low healing but you are ranged with beefy enough hp pool. The only thing that can survive it is 2 eles with a support (sadly, a common view nowadays)

However, I am having a hard time figuring out my rotations, energy management, the mindset that I should have while playing against various other specs, defensive combos, offensive combos, and how much risk/reward I should take due to having one stunbreak. Also, the builds that I am using are Condi Herald and your core Rev build in SPVP/Duels. I am wondering if you could make some videos talking in detail about various Rev specs and covering some of the topics that I discussed above? (I can cash app you or something..lol) Lastly, which Rev spec should I use for dueling people in SPVP/1V1's? Thank you!

Don't understand why people quit when their 'main' is nerfed or changed. Either stick with it or another class / spec. I feel the people who are quick to quit the game over nerfs / changes are the ones who would afk after losing a fight. Weak mentality imo.
idk what you guys are smoking but this build is hot garbage. It does zero damage, has barely any survivability in light how broken the more popular classes are that just piano their way to victory since they do extreme damage and don't have to worry about energy restrictions like Rev and trading off your stun-break for damage. Meanwhile they have a shit ton of invuls.

i was playing condi herald before torment/resistance changes and it was... beautiful... now its not that OP, hard to play, but still very fun :)
back then condi herald was a god walking among mere mortals. top 5 most fun pvp builds for sure
Im using this build now with firebrand duo and Man we ARE crushing, i really like dps revenant but this build suits me😊

Yes of course :) that celestial build is a great place to start. I know renegade has some hybrid builds as well being buffed this patch

I’ve never played condi vindicator, but I would assume that due to power creep in wvw, vindi is just better. PVP is a different story however

What ArenaNet was done to vindicator its just lazy and cruel. Was really fun to play with it. Its time to go to another game.
Or...another class? Vindi will still be decent anyways, it's hard to make a spec that spends so much time evading & has 3 heal skills bad.
@@campioneri 3 heals? alliance healskills heal each as much as 1/2 normal heal skill, just with a much longer cast time
