Hey Everyone! ) I’m Anna and welcome to my channel. Here, I post some useful information for English learners. I’m from Ukraine and I’ve worked on my English and accent, for the most part, on my own, but you can find out and trace my story by watching my videos. I’ve been studying American pronunciation for a long time, and I still do, and I guess I always will - because it’s not math. Learning a language, it’s a lifetime journey. I know exactly what it takes to become fluent and acquire an accent in a non-English speaking country, and I’ve never even been to one. And I’m sharing this information here - on my channel.

@@XXLLDICT it works for me
Is there a link for the pronunciation reading script?
Thank you so much. I never tried to check my nephews kindergarten work in Dallas, TX. Now, he is 30 years old. I just sent your video to him saying, "Oop! I should have studied all of your kindergarten work."
I think the problem for non-native people is the way we pronounce a word that we have never heard before. In Spanish, words are pronounced as they are written, which is not the same in English. Also, when we learn a word with incorrect pronunciation, it is incredibly difficult to erase the error from our minds.
I couldn’t agree more! Try relearning these tricky words using the IPA.
Thanks. You have a cute baby. Love the confidence level of your baby. May God Keeps your family healthy and happy in life.
Hi Hanna. I agree that these types of exercises read aloud are great for pronunciation practice, especially if learners have an accurate model to copy/check against. They are valuable as a pronunciation exercise in their own right and meaning is secondary as you have pointed out to other commenters. I'm curious, what language do you predominantly speak with him at home and do you plan to continue his development of your native language now you are living in the USA? Thanks🙂
Quite a challenge ! Lovely and useful video. Thanks.
thank you for sharing this! you have always been helpful.
I can't get enough of how great your pronunciation of everything is.
Theoretically we can learn another language just like a blank kid, but it’s hard cuz we are not ignorant anymore and we keep thinking in our so called native way
Thank you for sharing .
My favorite English teacher. ❤
Thanks so much ! Good day !
I like your approach, thank you.
Thank you for this video. 謝謝。
Every child always studies their mother tongue at school, from pronunciation, handwriting rules, to grammar rules, and more complicated, writing essays.
Hi good morning, excellent thanks ❤❤
Awesome!!! I like it. W sounds is still hard for me because many times I pronounce G insted of W.. thanks Anna
Always my favorite teacher.

Mam you are absolutely awesome ❤
Omg 😍😍 so lovely
My favorite nonnative English teacher and blogger, also known as my inspiration as a nonnative English speaker of myself, as I call myself a native Filipino Tagalog speaker from Manila, Philippines. 🗣️🥹🇵🇭🥰
Tagalog is the most spreaded Filipino language across Philippines 😅
Yes, because English is the most spoken language in Manila.
@@JennTrotter So that's the place where I grew up, and I haven't much heard of some other Filipino languages that I never expected before as a young kid until now, my young adulthood, including their dialects with their weird uncanny accents like Kapampangan, Cebuano, or whatever.
It was still Filipino Tagalog, the most common language that I had ever comprehended, like reading, writing, and listening to the native speakers whose native language is Filipino Tagalog, but my accent was quite confusing.
@@andrescortina1323 I guess not all Filipinos around me spoke me real-life English, including my people of Filipino family, like my Filipino parents, my Filipino siblings, and my Filipino relatives, and of course my Filipino folks; they spoke me often Filipino Tagalog. But there are no big excuses for these things. A few of them assumed or forced me to speak Filipino Tagalog, my first language, which means they're criticizing and judging my second-language English based on my personal experiences that I just shared with them in front of them every time I tested my second-language English comprehension with those native Filipino speakers to get some opinions about my second-language English.
My Filipino Tagalog accent wasn't as strong as that of native Filipino speakers around me, but my second language English accent is stronger, and it has a lot of foreign English accents that I just catch up on due to the real-life native speakers in Manila, Philippines, who were foreigners, and few of them mixed of the Asian, middle eastern, African, and Filipino roots that I imitated for a very long time as a young adult, and my overall comprehension of things like reading, writing, and listening with native speakers whose level is similar to mine or whose native language is English has improved.
You are perfect ❤❤
I'm amazed that kids in the Kindergarten already know to read.
Yeah, exactly. It's surprising.
haha he's so cute. thanks for the advice
Keep living in the US, good for you🤗👊
Queria umas aulas particulares com ela
He sounds American to me. 😊
Ничего не понял но очень интересно
Your son is soooooo cute❤❤❤
Why are you so beautiful 😅
A very useful video for learners👍
Very good subject matter. Smart topic idea and examples. I’m a native English speaker but I’m learning Russian. I need to find these examples in Russian! 😅
Excellent way to learn pronunciation, but somehow, I prefer in person (teacher) and AI as a help
❤❤I love you gorgeous girl 🌹🌹the best teacher ❤❤

I love you.
а вы его билингвом растите?
если да, как у него со вторым языком? Смешивает их или чётко разделяет? Всегда было интересно про билингвов узнавать :)
Являясь билингвом скажу что я не смешивал языки ,я тупо говорил отдельно на том и на другом языке.

I want to create an english group for learners, so we can communicate daily... would anyone like to join?
Like for sonic t-shirt 😃
Hes got mom's look 😂😂
With all due respect, I don't think it is a good idea to subject E, S. L. students to repeat words they don't know the meaning of. These are words that they are not likely to come across in their daily lives. Meaningless words are not easily remembered.
@@ralphotero8532 of course you need to do whatever works for you and if you think this won’t, then don’t bother.
However, when was working on my pronunciation and accent with my American accent coach I’d repeat words without knowing their meanings because the point was in working on the mechanics and honing the sounds. This was his approach that works wonders.
And if was curious about the words I would look them up by myself which in turn helped me remember them even better because I made that extra effort.
But again, whatever works for you.
As usual I’m just sharing my experience.
@@ralphotero8532 also this video was about pronunciation. Not about memorizing words 😉
