Hi guys. Thank you for your videos! I'm in California. I was injured 2 years ago and have not been able to work since. I have significant injuries, but the insurance company has denied almost everything!! WC stopped paying me, my attorney lead me in the wrong direction and I am only receiving half of my wage as I blow through the last of my sick days. The school district I work for gives us half pay hours in addition to full days to be used in combination with disability. They also encourage us to use vacation hours whenever we want. I have 180 vacation hours...my cap. I requested properly to use 80 hours of my vacation and was denied! There is absolutely no reason in the world why they would deny me my benefit. I live in Los Angeles and I'm about ready to be out in the street! Please help. Thank you so much!
