  • Red light is considered the "therapeutic wavelength" of the visible electromagnetic spectrum because it has a unique ability to get absorbed by human tissue and trigger certain beneficial effects.
    In this video, I explain the basics of how red light can be used to help heal pain and inflammation associated with minor injuries and chronic pain, such as joint pain, nerve pain, sprains and strains,, headaches and even superficial wounds and skin conditions.
    Check out the rest of my channel for videos where I demonstrate the protocols I use to treat common pain conditions.

I already know that my skin is not as dry. The appearance of my smooth skin. People have said to me. Wow you have lovely skin on your face? Maybe it's working? Feels great on my bones. I am not at all cold to the bone!!! For sure it's working. Also, I try keto lifestyle as best as possible. I have had my ROJO panel for maybe 2 months. Got sick of buying expensive face creams. The absence of oxygen is the presence of disease. In fact, all disease starts at damage to the mitochondria. I heard Red light therapy combined with methylene blue is a good way to undo all of the horrible damage done to the cells from ionizing radiation produced by CT scanners, mammograms, PET scans, etc. It turns out these devices have caused a lot more radiation-induced cancers than people realize. What are your thoughts on all of this?

    • @painandinjurydoctor
      @painandinjurydoctor  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      well,, the absence of oxygen is cell death. Not all disease involves damage to mitochondria, such as from pathogens and genetic diseases. Not familiar with methylene blue. Not much one can do to heal damage from ionizing radiation because it's permanent damage at the microscopic level. Yes, CT scanners, mammograms etc can cause cancer, or have the potential to.

    • @Rick_Sanchez_Jr.
      @Rick_Sanchez_Jr. 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@painandinjurydoctor Stem cell ivy, ozone therapy, peptides & bioregulators, supplements, oxygen therapy, exercise, diet, sauna, and red light therapy can't help? I think it's possible to undo the damage considering angiogenesis and apoptosis are a thing but it requires a lot

    • @Rick_Sanchez_Jr.
      @Rick_Sanchez_Jr. 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@painandinjurydoctor Also, while it is true that ionizing radiation can cause damage at the microscopic level, it does not necessarily mean that all damage from ionizing radiation is permanent or that there is nothing one can do to mitigate or heal such damage. Ionizing radiation, such as that from X-rays, gamma rays, or certain types of radioactive materials, can damage cells and DNA by ionizing atoms and molecules in their path. This damage can lead to mutations, cell death, and various health issues, including cancer. However, the body has mechanisms to repair some of the damage caused by ionizing radiation. Cells have DNA repair mechanisms that can fix certain types of damage, and the body can also replace damaged cells over time.
      The extent of damage and the body's ability to repair it depend on factors like the type and dose of radiation, the tissue or organ affected, and an individual's overall health. In some cases, especially at high radiation doses, the damage may be severe and difficult for the body to completely repair, leading to long-term health consequences. However, lower doses of radiation exposure are often manageable, and the body can recover over time.

    I bought a red plus ultra red light device that was meant for cosmetic purposes. Of course it can be used for other areas of the body that need treatment. However there were limitation warning for the time of usage. The recommended time is twice a day for 10 days followed by a break for 10 days. The device is automatically timed for only 9 minutes per session. Now I have bad tendon inflammation and started using it. Only after one treatment of 2 times by 9minutes I feel that my pain reduced significantly. I wander if someone has a good answer about the maximum time for treatment with red and ultra red light per day or per session?

      Hi Ekaterina, dosage (how often you should apply red light) is currently not established. We do know that there isn't any reported serious adverse effects of red light therapy in the medical literature. Since some people use it for the face, it is prudent to shield your eyes from it, as the red light may overstimulate the retina and affect vision. Also, some people with photosensitive skin may get dark spots from red light. Most manufacturers will suggest a pause in between use. 9 days sems a lot to me, though. My machines are .5 watt/LED, with 120 LED wrap its output is 60 watts. What is the rating of the one you use? I do not see the need for power greater than this; more does not always mean better.
