Also, if the power went out in your home during the Winter, and if you have a solar power station/bank or something like a Jackery, would using this unit in your home, even if in a small space, keep you warm until the power returned?

I wouldn't go past 30 minutes at a time, he can do it 3x/ day.

I use my lamp every morning directed at my eyes, it is sooo healing, especially after too much computer use.
