He's got that Minnesota way of talking still. Got to meet him during the Rust In Peace 20th Anniversary tour. He was the coolest I've ever met. Mustaine was way cool too. Funny that the drummer Drover and Broadrick were kind of not into meeting the fans like the Dave's were. I think it was because everyone let asking about Friedman and Menza.
Dave Ellefson deserves gratitude and graciousness. I'm grateful for his maturity. I can only wish him the best of luck in the thanks of a fan I love you brother

🤔 If this had happened 20-25 years earlier, when Megadeth still had a lot of years of touring and recording ahead of them, Dave Mustaine would've surely fired him, BUT he probably would've given things a few years to cool off, then re-hired him. But Mustaine and Megadeth are closing in on the end, so I don't think there's enough time left for this story to blow over, and for Dave to rehire him. They canceled their show in New Orleans, LA as well. Not sure why but I'm with you on not wanting to see Megadeth without Mr. Ellefson on bass. It's like Judas Priest without KK or Tipton. Could you imagine Iron Maiden without Harris or Murry. In the end, it's a decision we have no control over but have to learn to accept.
