Tbh, same. I never really mention my bisexuality unless someone asks about it, I guess it brings other people comfort to know someone else is like them, you know?
Oh yeah for sure. Although it can be a big deal I think most don't consider the option of just never coming out to your parents. Doesn't mean you shouldn't come out to others or be true to yourself, but I don't think there's much wrong with keeping that business away from your parents. Personally, coming out to someone is tricky. When I came out to my mom she was supportive, when my dad found out (I never told him) I was gay through my hidden social media acc he was incredibly disappointed, even bawling, though he suspected it multiple times. It was good in the way it helped my parents deal with it earlier and allowed me to be more vocal about things, and it avoided causing more drama, but now I'm very silent about my sexuality, whether it's me being bi or trans, and I think that's where I'm happiest tbh.
