Bruh this looks amazeballs. I made some baos awhile back using purple sweet potato in the dough (purple baos yo) with tofu in a sticky 5-spice sauce and it was bomb. Will be sure to try this recipe too! The jackfruit looks epic.

Could you please do a video on constructing a vegan “charcuterie” board, maybe make a vegan meat and cheese or two?? This is something we do for most holidays and events so I’m struggling to make one now.
