The smoothie bowl looks great! I used to have one every morning for breakfast but it raises my blood sugar that takes too long to come down. Now I stick with eating my greens and veggies. Thank you for the content!

So this week my husband went to the supermarket and came back without the cabbage. (Yes, wi shuda go Curry/market but still!) He refused to buy a PIECE of cabbage for all of $800 Jamaican dollars! It would be great if you could do an episode on HIGH RAW ON A BUDGET IN JAMAICA. How dat soun?
