I’m on a glow up journey and your content has been really helpful/inspiring 🎉. Also, a note on chicken sausages: at least in the U.S., please be mindful of the casing. Applegate Farms is the only one I’ve been able to find that does NOT use a pork casing.
Rabbit meat is lean and has a good weight-protein ratio, just make sure you eat enough healthy fats with it because it's just that lean. If you eat too much protein and not enough fat, your body would have a build up of it in your blood, which is a no-no!
There’s a lot of calorie calculators on the internet where you out your height and weight and itll tell you how much calories you need to eat to lose weight

There’s a lot of calorie calculators on the internet where you out your height and weight and itll tell you how much calories you need to eat to lose weight
Macro calculator and eat between the BMR and TDEE numbers.
