I can definitely see Zillakami having a successful solo project. He writes great hooks and is capable of softer, moodier melodies also, really versatile (see: Frailty).
This shit literally shocked me out of a depressive stupor. It's nice to have an album with some energy in it. Getting tired of xanned out indie. Now I found the other end and its great. And the best part is the topics are pretty awesome.

City Morgue is absolutely fantastic live by the way, saw them on the Grey Day tour with $B and like a few songs in they just played Spit It Out outta nowhere and the pit popped off. 10/10
This is such a fun album when it tries to be fun and loud and violent and gets really serious when it needs to its a solid 8/10 for and as a big City Morgue fan I’m really glad with this and can’t wait for there solo albums and vol. 3 or whatever is next

Zilla really hates putting features on an album. He likes Denzel, Ski Mask (they have a song coming out soon), Ic3peak and a couple others who he wants to work with. But he hates the features his label made him get on the deluxe Clever, Slickboyrari
I feel like theyre playing a story. A story of a life of crazy drugs and wilding, now they're still doing it yet starting to see the down side of that life and it's effects. I wonder if part 3 will be some sort of conclusion. Zilla is amazing at portraying a story when he wants to. So I wouldn't put it past him to make it almost cliff hanger like.
I just went back to the first video of @theneedledrop and i am now convinced that Antkony has pre-recorded all his youtube clips back in 2010 as he looks exactly the same.
I feel like with them it’s not super ‘edgy’, they both weren’t raised very well and got involved with guns and drugs, Mula even was in jail for a few years
The balloons has one of my favorite choruses on any song ever. Honestly for me personally I wasnt that big of a fan of zilla and sosmula but this album was so great.
i’ve always been a fan of rap, and i recently got into alternative/rock music, and i love their combination of metal and rap, and i love the horror vibes too, my favorite line is easily the one about mall centers, gives major metal vibes yet it’s still trap.. also please no rock fans attack me i’m really just a hip hop head 😕
Diamond lol I’m the opposite long time metal and rock fan. I always liked rap but I never really liked modern rap. I love this album and group cause they really got that rock aggression but with their own hip hop style. I’m now listening to all city morgues songs lol
