For example, you can possess as much booze as you want... even 1200 fluid ounces(75 pounds) of booze is no different than owning 7.5 ounces. Why? because it has been made legal. It used to be illegal. But now, that it is legal, you can make your own, and have a swimming pool filled with vodka, and it would make no difference to law enforcement.
