I experienced the issue recently as it happened across all Bing services. Copilot failed to load correctly, as does the MSN Weather maps, Microsoft Rewards &c. The error message also displayed a drawing of a panda looking at an upturned ice-cream cone on the ground.
Due to the temporary outage, it confused Edge by blocking the Collections tab as I was about to review my saved images including those generated by Bing Image Creator.

This same issue is also preventing Edge's "Collections" feature from working. Which now makes me wonder why the F are my collections not stored on my PC like my Favorites, history etc. Might have to rethink even using that feature (or maybe just ditch Edge altogether lol)

The search function on my MS OneDrive doesn't seem to work - which I guess is reliant on Bing.

For me bing works it just shows the the 2019 version of the page in the corner it says Microsoft 2019.

This is why no one should be buying into that Microsoft Windows Copilot+PC garbage, coz there is no use having copilot integrated into every single aspect of your pc only for it to either go down when there's a global outage or a bug that affects your pc all because of copilot misbehaving or breaking an aspect of the OS. I'm personally glad this happened on the week Windows launched their Copilot+PC just to prove this fad is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.

Bing pandered so hard to be politically correct, it ended up censoring itself, and offended itself.
It broke its own non publicly stated rules that are approved by the community standards..
