Hey! Nice review, finally somebody answered my question for the individual channel recording. My question is, I have a Zoom H6, could I connect these guys to it and record each channel separately ? Thanks a lot man!
Thanks! I've just done a test for you, you set the Receiver to Stereo and one of the mics will record to the L Channel and the other to the R Channel, in post production you can split those channels into 2 mono tracks and fill L with R or vise versa. I'll make a quick video for this today/tomorrow to demonstrate. It will connect to your Zoom H6 through the Aux. Sounds like you have a cool project on the cards! These things would be perfect for a Podcast!
@@ItsTicTactical thanks a lot for replying!! Will def check out the vid! And thank you!! Yea, been prepping some stuff for YT, just finishing up some details (which include the mics haha) but hope I begin uploading next month!
Hey! 👋 yep, you have a few options to connect to a PC, via the Aux / Data Cable or USB-C so you could record directly to the PC. Or you could record to the device and transfer it to the computer after. I recorded this video all on my iPhone 👍 hope this helps!
Yes, the OEM product is exactly the same as the Fulaim X5. It just has a different brand on it. There is also a version by Malaida which I believe is cheaper BUT doesn’t have internal recording. Hope that helps 👍
How does this connect to android? Do i have to cable connect it whilst recording? How does the controller connect to the phone to record whilst filming This is something you didn't mention on the video Thanks
Hi @kamoe - To connect to Android there is a USB-C connector that plugs into the receiver and thats all you need, jump into camera mode and it will use it as a Mic. You don't need a cable, as I said there is 4GB worth of storage on the device itself, that then can be transferred to you computer / phone after filming. The controller plugs in through an 'L' shaped adapter that sits in the USB-C Port, there is also an adapter for iPhone Lightening ports. Hope this helps answer your questions, if you have any more jump in Discord (Link in Bio) and I'd be happy to help / Send pictures of the device.

No bluetooth so no use with most of the newer action camers . Still good value for what they are .
That’s very true, bluetooth not the most reliable at distance though so it would limit range.
Does the reciever connect to a PC for recording?

As you can see, it’s exactly the same product, but slightly more expensive! 😂
