@@ItsTicTactical I just got it and got it all set up I am a little confused thought in the video for the call of duty audio settings you said to have the speaker/headphones game sound device set to Wave link game but I can’t hear anything through the game. Do you think I can join your discord and you can help for a second I can pay you some money if you want.

@@Jooshoowag yeah that’s right. Elgato only let you use it with an Elgato Audio device annoyingly. But it’s the best software available. The cheapest product they do that enables Wave link is the DX Mic: amzn.to/3OoHwrv

Click Hardware Out(in Voicemeter): Set to your default playback device (e.g., headphones or speakers) It will give you a list, WDM, KS, MME AND ASIO, Select your device under WDM but if that doesn’t work and you don’t hear the voice clipping, change this to MME.

Thanks for taking the time to reply bro, Welcome in 👋 So I think that might be the issue, your Voicemeter Input should be your Microphone, that way you can only send audio to that input not the other way around. This stops the echoing. Hey 👋 The Sound Deck plugin doesn’t work with Sonar as far as I’m aware, only because they don’t have an option to route your Sounds from an audio channel through your mic. Using Voicemeter alongside SonarGG would work though. Hope that helps.

Hey! So Voicemeter records all audio coming through your system, you will get background noise, there is a way to mute game sound, I believe it is 'F10' but might be different in your in game settings - So when you're recording someone, you could mute the game to only hear Voice chat and record that. I use Wave Link as it allows you to split the channels to ONLY record on the voice channel. Let me know how you get on! If not join my Discord and we'll see if we can help you out.

Hey 👋 Yeah exactly right. All different software that can create new channels. WaveLink is the only one that requires an Elgato Audio device to be able to run it though, however having tried all 3, it’s the best option I’ve found.

Yes that’s right, you need to play those sounds through the voicemeter channels so it can be played on your mic.

No 🙌 you can just use Wave Link, that’s what I do, it’s the best software out there but requires an Elgato Audio Product, a mic or and Wave XLR.

You’re right, it’s really hard to tell the difference. Which is such a shame if you are someone that’s great at the game, but just get constant hackusations. They need to sort it out.
