People discussing in this video misunderstood the EV charging.. EV running cost is less and efficient only if u charge the vehicle in homes not on the DC chargers in the Highway... EV is cost effective for city use or less than 200 km drive per day..
Trichy to Coimbatore.. we can easily spot 8 to 10 ev charging stations available. In-between 80 to 100km distance..

Solar on-grid for home is best solution government taking the power in banking system for example if you not available in home for 3-4 days power generation in solar automatically exported to EB by grid and what you exported that units in your savings. If you charge the EV that units is taken from your banking
As i said before , kia ev 6 works well because , ev6 gives you 350km in highways when driven at 100 - 110 , mind you claimed mileage is 700 , but evs will lose mileage at high speeds
So there is no point in driving a ev for 75- 85 for mileage in highways. So right now ev makes sense as a city car or a second car in home
So we need the price to come down , and battery size needs to increase for better mileage to speed.
Right now 700 km claimed mileage car is not available below 20lakhs onroad

I'm using ev car for long once in a month at that time 2 to 3 rupees. No problem

So one ev6 to charge using fast charging is 2500 k means , you add the toll gate price to it , so for 500odd distance you will end up paying 3.5k per trip, so the trip cost will increase the more hard you drive
Larger the battery pack. Bigger the charging costs per units.
But look if iconic can travel 500 range . Look how much for petrol Or diesel costs for 500 km?

Why I ask for larger batteries is to compensate for the battery drain at 100-110 , so you need the battery tech where a battery takes less space and more density
As for cost per trip your EV car will cost you similar to a petrol car or even more than a diesel , which depends on how fast your car drains , and number of charge you need ,number of time, and how many times you use the dc fast charger.
For me a buying punch ev , driving it at 75 - 85 in highways for 500 kms to my native for mileage is not good as it takes a toll on my travel time

Nit just ev. Many don't drive above 90 to 100 on the highway for own.
Just like petrol Or other fuel costs.higher the speed they also get single digit mileage which even increases the costs involved and time alone isn't the factor many commuters consider.
See where high way where ev charging 🔋⚡ facilities are there. I have seen people who still uses sports mode in ev am still get around 230 plus range with full load ( nexon max) .
Even economic wise the costs involved for those with high travel still gets benefits 🤗👏👏 for longer to short city drives.
Yes as time evolves the better range efficient battery might be accessible.
But from my point of view companies won't be interested to give more than 500 range on under 20 lakhs segment for many years as it may reduce their profit margins.
Rather many manufacturers are just focused or will only try to increase the charging speed limits and people can charge in less time and travel.

@@EmiG-tt5cm time matters bro , we been driving in highways for more than 20 years , nobody drives their car under 85 these days , so no one will drive a brezza or a creta or a kushaq tsi below 85 kmph and 90 -110 is the allowed speed and evs sucks in that speed regarding mileage
