As the workout began I was a little intimidated to be honest but as I got started I noticed such an improvement in my push-ups. The last time we did sit-ups I also really struggled but today they were easy peasy! I'm getting stronger every day thanks to you!! ❤

08/15/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this August Calendar Month, on the eve of a new moon (8/16), this was one of those workouts that in your mind you're saying to yourself "how did I get here!" but then you say" shut up, you ego self, there is a purpose why you're here!". It was juicy sweaty but WE DID IT! Thank you as always for the struggles which are always real, but entertaining and making us stronger!
I came across this older workout - and wow! It was quite challenging - I was sweating bullets and breathing hard. I loved it! Covered all of the muscle groups.

One of your most challenging workouts! Especially that first half, it kicked my butt! Soon as I saw 40% done, I thought I wasn't actually going to finish it, but I did! So good
I rode my bike and then thought hmm, I need to do weights today. This was tough but I did it all. I am slow because just as I’m standing up you are already going back down. Working at my own pace😊 the icing on the cake was I had to go outside and spread mulch around the yard. Suffice to say, I’m exhausted tonight. I’m coming back as a dog in my next life. 😁
You helped me get back in shape with your cycling videos but I now love your strength workouts too. This is my all time favorite - love the compound exercises and 45 min is perfect! More like this one. Thank you! 💪

just got to this. best workout yet, my god. i love these compound exercises, so fun. also as we all get stronger the 30 minutes feel too short and the 45 min ones get the burn on better. Thanks Kaleigh, I literally feel like a different person thanks to you :D
