    This workout was insane!!! I definitely could not have done this workout two years ago, but training with Kaleigh has helped me get stronger than I ever believed I could be. Here’s to sweat and getting stronger!!!!💪

    As the workout began I was a little intimidated to be honest but as I got started I noticed such an improvement in my push-ups. The last time we did sit-ups I also really struggled but today they were easy peasy! I'm getting stronger every day thanks to you!! ❤

    Loved this work out, can't wait for more like this❤❤. I was intimated by the headline "functional full body", but it was far from boring😅!! This was bootcamp, and I loved pushing my limits!     Ohhhh M Geeee......that was a rough one, but I still so love weight training. Definitely gonna be feeling that one tomorrow, but I'm so proud of myself for sticking out the heavier weights and pushing myself. I didn't think I could get through all of it with them, but I did!! ❤❤🎉

    08/15/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this August Calendar Month, on the eve of a new moon (8/16), this was one of those workouts that in your mind you're saying to yourself "how did I get here!" but then you say" shut up, you ego self, there is a purpose why you're here!". It was juicy sweaty but WE DID IT! Thank you as always for the struggles which are always real, but entertaining and making us stronger!

    I came across this older workout - and wow! It was quite challenging - I was sweating bullets and breathing hard. I loved it! Covered all of the muscle groups.

    I rode my bike and then thought hmm, I need to do weights today. This was tough but I did it all. I am slow because just as I’m standing up you are already going back down. Working at my own pace😊 the icing on the cake was I had to go outside and spread mulch around the yard. Suffice to say, I’m exhausted tonight. I’m coming back as a dog in my next life. 😁
