You are a fantastic teacher. I really like the way you precisely explain the techniques and example the techniques without getting out in the woods with too much extra detail. You give the foundational knowledge that allows the student to experiment and develop. You are my go to for learning new stuff. Awesome job!
Not sure if this is accurate or not but I was taught in my blues lessons if the song is in minor keys you must use the minor pentatonic scale. If major key you can use the major scale over the I chord and the minor over the IV and V chord. Or major scale over each major chord for each separate chord such as following the chords with each individual major scale. A bit more difficult to do because you must switch scales on the fly.

It is a common place to switch from Major to Minor .. on the IV chord... but not the only place :)
