- Hello sweet friends!
Welcome to my first official yoga class !!!!! As we enter in this new year, I thought it would be fun to do a fiery detoxing flow to reflect and let go of the year behind us and create some space for the new year. This is an all levels flow with lots of options, good hip openers, and hopefully space to reflect and prepare for 2022.
